"This is the fourth time my family and I stayed in this hotel. This time we felt a bit disappointed because of the drainage blockage which led to flooding in the bathroom. Although the drainage blockage was repaired next day, however we felt rather inconvenient. The pillows and bed are moderately soft. The hand towers were somewhat wet which seemed be used but not replaced by the new ones. Pricing of the hotel was gone up, nevertheless the services were deteriorating."

"The hot spring area is definitely a highlight! 👍 The water quality is crystal clear and feels very clean. The pools here are also quite large, and there's even a hot spring swimming pool. It's so pleasant and comfortable to swim in the warm hot spring pool when the weather is cold. The staff also frequently offer guests ginger tea. We also enjoyed camping at the Scarecrow Camp, where we had tea by the stove and made mud-baked chicken, which tasted really good. The only downside is that the room decor is a bit dated."
