"I was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them. Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent. Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels. I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time. Overall its ok & passable."

"First we took a three-day room on our feet. And the reception was very good, and there were great young Syrians, great servants, and collaborators once, brother Mohammed and brother Amin and Cheif, very good Anan. And all of it, take two. They were very treated by Coase, the rooms were clean, and their location was sweet, about two minutes away, walking to the lake, we asked them to have a dummy and a brush, and along the way they went to us. Thanks for dealing with it."

"Thank you very much for your warm hospitality. The ground-floor suite was very suitable for our mother, who uses a wheelchair. It had two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The suite was exceptionally clean and had heating for colder weather. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a washing machine and a stove. Anas, who works at the reception, was extremely helpful and cooperative. The location of the apartment was also ideal. It is not down by the lake, so it is away from the noise, but it is not too high up the hill or difficult to reach. It is conveniently located in between. You can easily walk downhill, and on the way back, you can either walk or take a local shuttle. There is also a private parking space for each apartment. We truly enjoyed our three-night stay and had no complaints at all."

"Excellent, nice, but it lacks air conditioning. There are bidets in the bathrooms, and they are clean. The location is near the lake."

"The place is lakeside and the mosque, and it's a second view of the bedroom like that, and close to the services. The apartment has all the equipment from washing machines and microwave refrigerator and potassium, and also daily cooking and hygiene tools. And also, the treatment is high-end and quick to respond. Residence was very fun."

"Good location"

"A beautiful place and a wonderful view, a very well-served employee, the only flaw is that they're more interested in the outside than the inside, like television, Gate Abe watching movies on Netflix, I've had television, very old and intelligent."

"اخترت غرفة وحاجزه اطلاله ع الجبل وعلى البحيرة جيت قالو لي ماحجزتي واصلاً ماعندنا غرفة مطلة ع البحيرة وسكنوني بغرفة تجيب المرض"

"The apartment clean with balcony on the mountain view , little bit far from the lake specially if you dont have a car ."
