"I took bus 143 from Naha Bus Terminal to the American Village (it was the last stop for this bus, not sure where the actual last stop is) and walked for about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. Since it was before check-in time, I waited in the lobby, where complimentary drinks and cookies were available. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helped us store our luggage first; the service was excellent. After checking in, we were given an upgraded room, much larger than what we had booked, which was fantastic! American Village at night is beautiful and definitely worth staying for a night."

"This hotel is centrally located in American Village, right by the sea. There are tons of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, making it super convenient. The rooms are standard; you can tell they're a bit older but very well-maintained, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The public bath was also incredibly clean. What I was most impressed with was the hotel breakfast – it was so elaborate and truly memorable."

"Beautiful place! Staff were friendly and accommodating. First experience with a 5 star hotel and it was amazing! Situated right beside American Village and there were many places to just walk or cycle around and explore. Staff even helped with making a taxi booking since we had an early flight. Thank you Hilton for making the last lap of our Japan trip a memorable one! Oh and breakfast buffet was good! Wished that the items changed around but not complaining since the food was of top quality!"

"The facility is quite old and not well maintained. My biggest concern was the visible mold on the ceiling and around the AC units in the room. Breathing in mold can be harmful, and it's concerning not knowing how serious it might be. While towels were replaced, there was no bed-making service during the stay, which was disappointing. One of the main reasons to stay in a hotel is to receive basic room service—at the very least, the bed should be made. That said, the location is excellent with a beautiful view of the ocean, and the staff were very kind and helpful."

"The room has tatami mats, but it's very clean and well-designed, with an amazing view. Outside the window, there's a beach with palm trees and silhouettes of people, directly facing the sunset. The location is also great; right downstairs is a beach park, and it's not far to walk to American Village, passing by the ”Cat Path” along the coast, where there are many cats on the breakwater – perfect for sunset photos. A few hundred meters away, there's a large supermarket and an excellent set meal restaurant, possibly the best value-for-money restaurant in all of Okinawa. The stir-fried bitter melon with pork and luncheon meat, and the braised pork trotters were the best I've had in Okinawa. It was such a joy to watch the fireworks at American Village and then dine near the hotel. The only minor downsides are that the rooftop pool's opening hours (10 am to 6 pm) are too short, and the free bicycle rental requires you to return them by 8 pm, which meant we perfectly missed the weekend fireworks at American Village."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, in the first row with sea views. The rooms are very spacious. Although it is an old hotel, it still looks very good overall. Some of the furniture is a little old, but it does not affect the quality of the stay. The shower in particular is great. The hotel provides traditional breakfast, which we are a little uncomfortable with. Overall, the CP value is quite high and it will be included in the options for returning."

"Very kind and helpful staffs at the hotel. Overall satisfaction is high. The room is very clean and comfortable, yet just a bit too dim for overall lighting, hope to have more lights in the room. The club service was really good, love the idea that customers could enjoy refreshments for free almost throughout the day. There’s a high chance of me staying there again, if I would like to have a quiet time during my trip."

"I went on a 3-night, 4-day trip with my family. My family went to the market at Aeon Mall and enjoyed Japanese food at the accommodation. Convenience store food is delicious. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ We drank a lot of Orion beer. There was a washer and dryer, so we didn't have to bring a lot of clothes. It was nice to wash them and wear them or buy clothes locally. However, there was a strange smell near the kitchen, so it was a bit difficult. The inside of the water purifier was clean and the water was good, so my skin was soft. The view outside the window was beautiful at night and the ocean was visible in the distance during the day. The location was really good, and American Village was really good at night. My family enjoyed the night streets fantastically. The gifts and Sanrio cosmetics were cheaper than other places. The steakhouse in American Village was really delicious, and the pancake house was the best. Everything was resolved with simple English and Japanese, so it was a comfortable trip. There are many cheaper options than Don Quijote in Kokusai Street and Aeon Mall, so I recommend comparing while walking around and going shopping on the last day."
