Mountain view Hotels in Barcelona

"Facilities: This is by far one of the most modern hotels I've stayed at in Europe, but the bed was ridiculous. The double room had two single beds pushed together (the duvets were tucked in separately under each mattress, leaving a huge gap in the middle). Environment: I'm not sure if it's because mine was a basic room type or for some other reason (the front desk didn't ask me about the view when I checked in), but I got a low-floor room facing the gap between two buildings. (I didn't know it would have this kind of window before checking in, so I didn't mention it; I've lived in Spain for half a year and never seen buildings with windows directly facing each other like that.) The window looked directly onto the windows of the building opposite. Picture 3 shows the lighting at 3 PM, which looked like nighttime. I was too tired from carrying two suitcases to bother going back downstairs to change rooms. Hygiene: On the surface, it looked very clean, and it felt like the staff had cleaned diligently. However, the bathroom had a strong moldy, damp smell from the drain. I mentioned it to the front desk when I went out, and they said they'd send someone to deal with it. When I got back, I found they'd just sprayed some air freshener. Once the freshener scent dissipated, the drain smell returned. Judging by the front desk's reaction, it seems many guests have reported the same issue; while I was still describing the situation, she interjected and said, 'lo mismo' (the same). Other facilities: There's a paid minibar, and no complimentary bottled water or drinking water was provided. There were coffee and tea bags. There were NO charging outlets by the bed!!! I had to charge my devices by the desk or on the wall under the TV. Service: Every front desk staff member was very friendly, and they offered luggage storage."

"We stayed in sant cugat b&b hotel as it is less expensive compared to city price. We use uber to go around to nearby restaurants in sant cugat and to train station and it's quite reliable. The nearest station to the hotel is sant joan fgc and you can buy t 10 tickets to take S2 train to Pl Catalyuna where all the attractions are in walking or bus range. Buses are so cheap and you can use monzo or debit cards."

"This hotel is excellent, with a very spacious interior, easily 40-50 square meters. It's the largest hotel we've stayed in in Europe, and it's incredibly convenient, with sofas and a dining table. The place is very clean and well-equipped, with a small terrace perfect for tea and conversation. The area is also very safe, and it's very close to laundry facilities and restaurants. It's also close to tourist attractions."

"The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. One bottle of water is provided free of charge each day, and they will leave it for you when you have your room cleaned. There are restaurants, a laundromat, and a supermarket nearby, making it very convenient. My room was on the third floor facing the street, but it was very quiet and I slept soundly every night. I requested a room with a bathtub, and there was one in the room, but there was no stopper, so I stuffed a rolled-up plastic bag into it. There was a kettle, coffee, tea, and other necessities. Of course, there was a refrigerator, but it seemed to be a chain hotel with many locations around the world, so it was quite expensive."

"The hotel location is very convenient, and the five-star service is excellent. It's about a 15-minute drive from the airport, and the breakfast is quite extensive."

"The front desk service was excellent. Our room had a balcony, and the breakfast was surprisingly rich and varied, far exceeding other hotels in the same price range. The steak at the ground floor lounge bar was great value for money and very popular at night. There's also an outdoor pool, though I only swam once due to the cold weather. A very satisfying stay overall!"

"I chose this hotel because of the price and the central location and enjoyed my stay here. The room with balcony was clean and nice, the location is perfect for visiting Barcelona as a tourist (very close to metro and Barcelona Sants train station and a walking distance to Plaza de España). The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there are plenty of coffee shops, cafes and supermarkets right next to the hotel and down the street, including two big local markets. Definitely recommend and would stay again."
