This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit is located in Park Avenue Condominium Complex. Parking is right near your door and there is no parking fee required. It is a low density, well maintained, quiet and relaxing complex. There is a large pool with a kiddie pool, gazebos and restrooms located just behind this unit. Beyond the pool is a large lawn with grill and gazebo. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils that you will require to prepare a home cooked meal as well as a pantry.
