"Solid base right next to Lloyd Center mall, Regal cinemas and a nice park. This is an older Hilton, but very clean and professionally run. A few streaming options on the TV: Netflix, Pluto TV, Apple, Disney, Tubi and YouTube. No Amazon Prime for some reason. You can also change inputs from remote which is key, some chains don’t let you. Small gym on second floor, bar, coffee kiosk and even a pretty decent room service menu. Staff seemed exhausted but still polite and super professional. With some of the best rates in town I give it 5/5 and will definitely be back. Balcony rooms worth the extra $ for sure."

The Hoxton, Portland, opened in 2018, offers 119 guest rooms enclosed year round rooftop bar and taqueria. The Lobby features a coffee bar, working space and Lovely Rita, the property's upscale dining venue featuring local Pacific Northwest Cuisine. Histo ric Chinatown Portland is known as the hub for artists creatives and foodies. The property is located next to Chinatown gate and within walking distance to the city's best parks.

"The hotel is in downtown and does not have its own parking lot, but there is public parking downstairs next to the Citroen gas station opposite, about 35 knives a night. 5 minutes walk from the hotel, turn a corner at a crossroads. The room is small, one bed, two bedside tables, plus a bathroom, very compact. The hand sanitizer in the bathroom smells good. The front desk service is good, because the sleep is shallow, negotiate whether you can change the room behind the road, and you are also happy to help. There is a Mexican dish 10 minutes walk from the hotel, Lechon, it is recommended. Recommended in the mushroom, grilled Ribs is not bad."

"The location is good and the staff is friendly. The bathroom is too open, so it is a bit uncomfortable for couples. And the sink is next to the room, so it was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, I am satisfied overall."

Our recently renovated hotel is conveniently located near buzzing and vibrant downtown Portland, and it is just steps from the Oregon Convention Center and the Moda Center in the Lloyd District, home to the Portland Trail Blazers and the Portland Winterhawks. We're also just minutes from the exquisite dining, boutique shops, and numerous art galleries located in The Pearl District and close to the popular Eastside neighborhoods including Mississippi, Hawthorne, and the Central Eastside.During your stay at Crowne Plaza® Portland-Downtown Convention Center, you'll experience impeccable service, along with a variety of great amenities like free Wi-Fi and complimentary pickup from Portland International Airport (PDX) and drop-off for a fee.

"The room was clean and hygienic, check-in was fast, and the airport hotel shuttle required payment (I didn't ask how much per person). Going to Portland for an exhibition, this hotel is very convenient and cost-effective. It takes about six or seven minutes to walk to the exhibition hall, and there are convenience stores, McDonald's, Burger King and Starbucks around. It is also very close to the airport. It takes more than 20 minutes to take a taxi for more than 30 US dollars. You can also take the Red Line Light Rail (but the Red Line Light Rail will not be opened until March 2024 after maintenance. If you have enough time, you can take the free airport bus (you need to transfer once). Portland's transportation is very convenient. In the second half of 2023, the government took action to resettle the homeless and govern the city. Portland has a brand new look. It feels that the city has ”come alive”, and it feels safer and more comfortable. You will be given a breakfast voucher when you check in, and you can order your own food in the breakfast room on the first floor. The breakfast voucher is equivalent to a 20-dollar discount voucher. The excess needs to be paid by yourself (no need to tip separately, but tea and coffee are 4 US dollars, and there are taxes, so you need to calculate whether the order will exceed your budget)🤣"

"I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call."

"We really like the corner room with city view that we got. It was clean, smell good, the windows are clean, able to see the city. The only thing that bothered us a little is the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed. We could literally hear anything coming out of other rooms lol. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming. The rooftop bar was cool and beautiful, the price is super reasonable - seemed to be short staffed though. The organization of the place wasn't great at all and the guy at the entrance checking ID wasn't nice, he looks like he doesn't want to be there. But overall, the hotel, the bar and most of the staff were really nice and welcoming :)))"
