I booked this hotel for its convenient shopping location. The location is excellent, with two shopping malls right downstairs. I bought some souvenirs from the supermarket, which was great. It's also just a 20-minute drive to the two main shopping centers.

There was some noise in my room at night, and after reporting it to the front desk, they came up three times to resolve the issue. The service was exceptional.

Finally, the breakfast was good and plentiful. There are also several Chinese restaurants nearby; this time I tried Pan Shifu, which was only a 3-minute walk away.

The hotel is new, the location is superb, the service is excellent, and the room is beautiful and modern, everything is brand new. Great view from the window. The only complaint is the breakfast; it's hard to find anything substantial to eat, just a few types of scrambled eggs and a small selection of snacks.

Overall a lovely stay.
A lots of pros- Great breakfast, friendly staff, 24hr gym, free parking, very safe. Booked a one day tour to Troy, got picked up and drop off at the hotel, saved 2 trips to the Istanbul city,a present surprise.
Own experience - Location is far and not easily accessible from main tourist attractions. For self drive, the hotel is located next to a highway, if missed the turning, go around is 7 min. Baby pool was not open, swimming hat compulsory or can buy for 130TR from spa desk.

Perfect location, a great choice for layovers:
The hotel's greatest strength is its incredibly prime location! Located right off Istanbul's M11 airport link, the airport is only a 10-minute drive away. For travelers like me with an early flight, it's the perfect choice, eliminating the worry of missing my flight or dealing with transportation.

Attentive and warm service:
The hotel staff's service is truly commendable! From the moment I checked in, I felt their warmth, courtesy, and hospitality. They even took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to my room, a truly thoughtful gesture for travelers after a long journey.

Detailed and detailed explanation of amenities:
What surprised me most was that after delivering my luggage to my room, the staff provided a detailed explanation of how to use the various amenities and services available. This professional and thoughtful introduction allowed me to immediately get acquainted with the surroundings and rest smoothly, saving me from the initial initial learning curve.

This is a hotel that truly cares about travelers. From its impeccable location to its warm and attentive service, it left a truly wonderful impression. I highly recommend it to anyone needing an overnight layover near Istanbul Airport. It's an incredibly cost-effective option!

Superb location, within short walking distance to everywhere in downtown Calgary. Clean, modern, good customer service. Great breakfast with good customer service as well. Bottles of free mineral water available , kettle is provided upon request. Transit BRT300 bus stop from Calgary Airport right in front of the hotel, $4 single ride, very suitable for solo budget traveler.

The checkin went very smoothly and my room was clean and spacious.   It was very convenient to the Calgary Airport.   Although it was connected I only found the bridge way that lead to the parking garage and then found entrance to hotel.   When you walk out the hotel front door you can see the entrance to the airport.  You can reach the entrance in less than a minute.   I will definitely stay again when in Calgary.  I especially love the added security of needed my room keycard to operate the elevators.   There is a phone near the elevator should you lock yourself out.

All around very clean! Bed and even pull out couch was very comfortable. I have no complaints at all. Would for sure stay again. :)

Very convenient hotel as it located just next to the Union station. Don’t have to get out the station to walk to the hotel as the weather is extremely cold. Nice corner room given to us with good view.

It’s near the airport, and they know it. As a result, the parking fare is quite high. Overall, the stay was average. One should be wary, however, that although the breakfast is complimentary, they expected a tip, which is absolutely ridiculous. How can one call it complimentary under such expectations?
