It's OK, but the special room was arranged in a room with a slope, which is not a very good experience. The breakfast is very good

Muy buen lugar para quedarte a pasar la noche si estás de paso en CDMX, a solo 18 min del aeropuerto y tienen el servicio de traslado gratis, el hotel está ubicado dentror de una plaza donde puedes ver y comer diferentes opciones y las instalaciones están muy bien, en esta ocasión el elevador estaba dañado y tuvimos que usar el de servicio pero fuera de eso la habitación cómoda y limpia que es lo que buscas para descansar una noche mientras estás de paso. Lo recomiendo!

2樓有點噪音，窗外是高架橋，但是好像也沒影響到睡眠，很意外睡眠挺好，如果睡眠淺的還是去高層會好一點，客房空間挺大，就是不能開窗透氣感覺不大好。

Just replace the sofa of the room , it's already a little old, everything else was okay. Very clean , very comfortable bed, kitchens. nice staff and very good location. Recommended !

Hotel is clean and we had an amazing view. However, we were not allowed to do early check in (1hr earlier) as we came from a very long trip.

Service, health, environment! All very good! Facilities! The gym is cool! You can enjoy the scenery! But the bath water is not too hot! And very small! Really unhappy!

The room was large and no problem with the facilities to stay for a few days. There was no toothbrush, and the dryer was borrowed when told the front desk. It was a little inconvenient that there was no refrigerator or clock, and the sound of the next room or corridor was quite heard whether the wall of the room was thin, but the staff was very good and I was able to stay with peace of mind.

The location is not bad, next to the Monterey University of Technology, 5km away from the center, the hotel generally feels average, cost-effective, rich breakfast, mostly Mexican dishes.

This hotel is in a good location, with first-class facilities, spacious and comfortable rooms, and modern and elegant decoration. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, making people feel intimate. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the stay experience is very pleasant. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this is a great choice. Highly recommended, will definitely come again next time!
