The room was spacious and quiet, though the facilities were a bit dated.
It felt relatively safe.
The bed was very comfortable and incredibly soft. After a 10-hour flight, I immediately fell asleep.

The room was large and no problem with the facilities to stay for a few days. There was no toothbrush, and the dryer was borrowed when told the front desk. It was a little inconvenient that there was no refrigerator or clock, and the sound of the next room or corridor was quite heard whether the wall of the room was thin, but the staff was very good and I was able to stay with peace of mind.

The location is very good, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is very convenient to call a car.
The breakfast was quite satisfactory and the room was clean.
The price is a little expensive. Suitable for business travel, not suitable for travel.

Muy buen lugar para quedarte a pasar la noche si estás de paso en CDMX, a solo 18 min del aeropuerto y tienen el servicio de traslado gratis, el hotel está ubicado dentror de una plaza donde puedes ver y comer diferentes opciones y las instalaciones están muy bien, en esta ocasión el elevador estaba dañado y tuvimos que usar el de servicio pero fuera de eso la habitación cómoda y limpia que es lo que buscas para descansar una noche mientras estás de paso. Lo recomiendo!

Just replace the sofa of the room , it's already a little old, everything else was okay. Very clean , very comfortable bed, kitchens. nice staff and very good location. Recommended !

2樓有點噪音，窗外是高架橋，但是好像也沒影響到睡眠，很意外睡眠挺好，如果睡眠淺的還是去高層會好一點，客房空間挺大，就是不能開窗透氣感覺不大好。

Hotel is clean and we had an amazing view. However, we were not allowed to do early check in (1hr earlier) as we came from a very long trip.

The hotel is very well located, you can take the public transport just in front of the city centre or to be able to move to the beautiful arts. 
The hotel has a parking, but it has an additional cost of 120 mxn per night, which is not mentioned on the page or when booking.

This hotel boasts a prime location, top-notch facilities, spacious and comfortable rooms, and modern yet elegant décor. The staff are warm and attentive, making guests feel truly welcome. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, ensuring a very pleasant stay. Whether for business or leisure travel, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended, I will definitely stay here again!

The location is not bad, next to the Monterey University of Technology, 5km away from the center, the hotel generally feels average, cost-effective, rich breakfast, mostly Mexican dishes.

The hotel is not cost-effective, the price does not match the facilities and sanitation, the Internet is very slow, anyone can enter the hotel at will, without the security of the room card.

It is connected to a large shopping mall in Puebla, so you can eat, shop and stay at once. Because it is a large shopping mall, there are many security agents, and the guards on the first floor of the hotel guard the entrance and exit, so it is safe. It's also good to call Uber. Wal-Mart is 10-15 minutes walk away, so if you need anything, you can buy it here. There is nothing particularly good except the advantage of being attached to a large shopping mall. Most of the hotel staff are friendly, but the sound insulation is very weak. At 12 o'clock in the daytime, the sound of cleaning the guest room in the hotel, the noise of people, and the hammering can't rest comfortably. Most of the rooms are aging. I can't recommend restaurants inside the hotel, but the food that is strangely served as room service is large and tastes good. Hotel staff try to solve it within the given range.

Actitudes pésimas tanto del personal la recepción como del valet parking, no lo recomiendo, el trato es inaceptable.
