Facilities: Surrounded by green plants, the balcony can see the scenery
Hygienic: Neat sheets and floors
Environment: along the street but not noisy

Service: Warm and thoughtful service

Have stayed at this hotel many times

This was absolutely perfect for my trip to Cannes. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and was everything I imagined and more! The balcony was also fabulous. It’s very close to the bus stop where regular buses ran like clock-work and there are good grocery shops nearby.
I will definitely be back next year!

The best hotel in Marseille!

I was beyond satisfied! The bedding and kitchen were spotless, and they even offered luggage storage. The storage area is usually locked with a key, so your bags are kept very secure. I loved that they assigned us a quiet, smoke-free room with elevator access. No need to worry about the language barrier, as the staff are friendly and speak English. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms and kept impeccably clean, which was a huge plus. It’s also very convenient to be able to order room service via the web. The hotel's location in Marseille is fantastic as well!

The room was extremely spacious, and the bathroom was also very large. It was very comfortable to stay here. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to the old port. The only downside was the hot water situation: after one person showered in the evening, there was no hot water left, so the second person could not shower. This might be due to a limited hot water tank or the system stopping at a certain time. There were no staff on duty in the evening, so it was not possible to get assistance, and this issue was not mentioned before check-in.

A good place to stay overnight. The staff were very helpful and professional. At checkout the guy smelled like he had just smoked, but this is France, everyone smokes here :) A toilet in a separate room with a huge titan over your head is something else :)

The room was nice but the layout was super weird . Also since it was under the roof the ceiling was very low so you could not move around as comfortably in some areas. Although the room had an amazing view it had very tiny windows so you basically weren’t able to see the view unless standing on a chair looking out.
The employees were super friendly!
