My recent stay at the eLong An Yue Hotel (Shanghai Pudong Avenue Xiepu Road Metro Station Branch) was absolutely fantastic! I simply had to share my experience with everyone.

The location is truly unbeatable. Step out of Metro Line 14's Xiepu Road Station, Exit 4, and you're at the hotel in under a minute – it couldn't be more convenient for those relying on the subway. Furthermore, the hotel is close to the Lujiazui and Jinqiao commercial districts, making it easy to get around whether you're shopping or on business. The Huangpu River is also just a stone's throw away; a pleasant 5-minute walk will lead you to the riverside where you can enjoy the views and feel the refreshing breeze. It's wonderfully relaxing, and access to everything is incredibly convenient.

The room, though not large, felt very cozy and welcoming. It had no strange odors, and the facilities were quite new. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

However, parking wasn't very convenient. It was located in a parking garage across the street, requiring a walk across the road.

There was also one minor issue: the room's cleanliness could be more thoroughly checked. Upon entering, I noticed a small black smudge on the duvet, a tiny, inconspicuous piece of litter on the floor, unwiped shoe prints near the shower entrance, and a hair inside the shower.

Improving the cleanliness would make it absolutely perfect.

The home theater experience was absolutely fantastic! The service was incredibly attentive; the staff were efficient with check-in and patiently explained how to operate the audio-visual equipment. They responded quickly to any needs, and were warm and professional throughout. The cleanliness was impeccable; the room was spotless, the bedding was soft and odor-free, the audio-visual equipment was spotless, and the bathroom was dry and clean. The audio-visual facilities were amazing: the huge screen had crystal-clear picture quality, the surround sound was immersive, the operation was simple and easy to use, the network was stable with no lag, and the viewing experience was comparable to a movie theater. The hotel environment was tranquil and comfortable, the rooms were excellently soundproofed, blocking out outside noise, the lobby was elegantly decorated, and the surrounding transportation was convenient. Everything in the room is automated, which is great! 👍👍 The room is spacious with a window and a mini-fridge. The shower and toilet are also cleverly separated. The room design is very stylish, and watching live streams from bed was super enjoyable! 👍 It's about a three-minute walk to the subway station, and Line 9 goes directly to Century Avenue Station without any transfers, which is very convenient. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. The front desk staff are also very nice and professional. When ordering takeout, a small robot will deliver it to you. This is a new hotel opened this year, so the cooling effect of the air conditioner is quite good. The tea bar on the first floor also has coffee, tea and more. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. If I come to Yangzhou next time, I will consider staying here again!

The location of this hotel is very good, a few hundred meters from Guandong Street, it is very convenient to travel, the hotel decoration is relatively new, the facilities are good, the service is good, the front desk has a self-service locker. I drove in Heijiliao for a month and a half. The future of going home was Yangzhou. I decided to stay for one night and eat a quasi-Yang cuisine. In the morning, I drank Yangzhou morning tea ⋯ This hotel booked on XC, although it is not in the most lively area, but the price is very high, and XC points can also be deducted from the room rate. There is a free parking lot at the entrance of the hotel with plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is still very convenient to travel, and it is convenient to walk and take a taxi to the lively area. The front desk staff was very warm and thoughtful, the check-in was very fast, and the room was upgraded for free. The room is very spacious, the decoration style is stylish and comfortable, clean and tidy, dry and wet separation. The water pressure and water flow of the bathroom shower are large and the bath is comfortable. There is a gym and a self-service laundry room (2 washing machines + 2 dryers) on the 5th floor of the hotel. We didn't order breakfast, because we came to Yangzhou to drink morning tea in the morning. Zhichun Tea House (Zhuxi Branch) is near the hotel and it is very convenient to walk a few hundred meters.

The front desk guy is very considerate. He has been on the day shift these days. He answers the phone all the time. He is very kind. I feel safe staying in the hotel with him.

However, there is a difference between this hotel and the four-star hotel of Elong. The hotel laundry room is open from 9 am to 8 pm. I understand that they do this for the travelers next to the laundry room. But we found that we were all outside during this time. I think this time range is a bit unreasonable. But thanks to the front desk guy who contacted the aunt to help us wash and dry our clothes.

The room is OK. If you have a sensitive nose, you may feel some stale smell, but it is very small. There are some stains on the floor of the toilet. . . The kind that can't be wiped away.

But overall, this Elong hotel is cost-effective. It is nearby Xiyuan Temple and not far from Liuyuan Garden.

Finally, the road in front of the hotel is a bit congested during the day on holidays. It takes 35-40 minutes from the hotel to Suzhou Station on 51. Friends who are in a hurry must pay attention to the time.

The place is very easy to find, the surrounding traffic is very convenient, the front desk lady is polite and enthusiastic to help me upgrade the room, the room is very large, there is coffee too late to drink, the mattress is very comfortable. The air conditioner cannot be controlled by voice. After consulting the front desk, the remote control is turned on to the sensor. The next morning, the high-speed rail at 7:40, the breakfast at 7:00 is almost ready at 6:45, and the taste is OK.

Traveling with my family, this time Suzhou chose the Yilong Anyue Hotel (Suzhou Railway Station North Square) close to the station. The overall experience has surprises and regrets. It is a reference for friends who plan to live here.
First praise the plus points: location and service are the biggest highlights. A few minutes walk from the hotel to the North Square of the train station, dragging luggage to catch the early high-speed rail, this is too friendly to tourists. More unexpectedly, the booked twin room was actually upgraded to a family room for free. The room space was instantly spacious. It was more than enough to put down the photography equipment and suitcase. The attitude of the young lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic when registering. This should be added. Chicken legs, focus on praise, This must be praised. In addition, parking downstairs in the hotel is convenient, and friends who drive by themselves do not have to bother to find a parking space. But the shortcoming is also obvious: breakfast and fitness facilities need to be improved. There are too few varieties of breakfast. Basically, there are porridge, buns, cold side dishes. There are no simple snacks such as Suzhou-style sweet-scented osmanthus cakes and pine nut sugar. For tourists who want to experience local flavors, they are slightly disappointed. The gap between the feeling of ”breakfast is great” in some evaluations is a bit big. The gym is a ”mini model”, a total of three equipment, one of the fitness equipment seats are not available, can not be used normally, for people with daily exercise habits basically better than nothing. Combining the attributes of Suzhou's tourist city, several specific suggestions are made: 1. Breakfast upgrade: add Su-style specialties, even if it is the dumpling sugar of Caizhizhai, the cloud cake of Dried Shengyuan, which can not only respond to regional characteristics, but also improve the tourist experience. 2. Preparation of souvenirs: It is recommended to set up a Suzhou souvenir area at the front desk, such as the mini Biluochun tea cans in 30,000 Chang, the garden postcards of the cat's sky city, or portable specialties such as Jinjin tofu dry, which are convenient for tourists and can also strengthen the hotel's tourism service attributes.
