The service here is absolutely excellent. We arrived very early in the morning, and they offered us an early check-in without us even having to ask. The hotel is within walking distance of the Wangfujing area, and there are loads of restaurants nearby—if you turn right out of the hotel, there is a really good dumpling shop! The property has a charming atmosphere, complete with a pet bird and a Guzheng (a traditional Chinese instrument) that guests can try playing. The staff is incredibly accommodating and willing to help with any requests; they even helped me figure out how to use a Chinese stamp (which turned out not to be sticky!). The only minor downsides were that the breakfast was just average, and the shower water could get a bit too hot

Overall, the stay was excellent. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with no weird smells, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were in perfect working order, with stable hot water, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were polite and quick to respond to any requests. The hotel environment is quiet, and the soundproofing is decent. All in all, it offers great value for money, perfect for both business trips and short stays. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to everyone.

You really can't beat finding a quadrangle courtyard hotel with such a fantastic location within the Second Ring Road at this price! I'm a returning guest, and every time I come, I'm touched by the service here. Before check-in, the staff calls ahead and sends incredibly detailed directions. Honestly, the location is super easy to find, just about 200 meters into the alley from the main street. They confirm your arrival time in advance and make sure your room is perfectly ready; when checking in, they proactively help with luggage and even escort you to your room, which is incredibly thoughtful. The mattress is just right – not too soft, not too hard – making for a very comfortable sleep. Just outside the courtyard gate is Guijie Street, packed with famous old restaurants, so you can easily find whatever you want to eat. The hotel's own courtyard is also a big plus. In the evenings, kids play board games and chess there, their laughter filling the air, and the adults get to relax too. For a charming quadrangle courtyard like this, I'll definitely choose it again on my next trip to Beijing!

The room was spacious and the location was convenient. The front desk service was excellent. However, the shower pressure wasn't great and the temperature was difficult to adjust, feeling a bit like an instant water heater. Also, the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

The Zhotel and Yunju share the same building and lobby, but have separate front desks. I had booked a twin room at Zhotel, which was mistakenly changed to a king-size, and they wanted an additional 500+ RMB to switch it back. In contrast, a twin room at the neighboring Yunju was similarly priced to my original Zhotel king-size booking on the same day, so I decisively canceled the Zhotel and booked here instead. This hotel was originally an Atour X, a brand I'd been curious about but hadn't tried. Now it's branded as Yunju, but the room decor still looks like Zhotel, and they even offer Zhotel's daily coffee service – it's a really interesting mix. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring Sam's Club Swiss rolls, and the stir-fried rice noodles and fried rice were also delicious.

This is a hotel I often stay at. The facilities are excellent, and the receptionist, Xiao Ni, is very helpful when processing my check-out.

This garden-style villa hotel is nestled in Jiading Zhouqiao Old Street, right next to Fahua Pagoda and the Bamboo Carving Museum, exuding a rich historical and cultural ambiance. The hotel's Chinese-style villa architecture and lush, tree-lined environment offer an immediate escape from the hustle and bustle, bringing a sense of tranquility and coolness the moment you step in during summer. What truly stood out was the meticulous and attentive service from the staff. They remembered our room number after check-in, waited for us when we were late for breakfast, and even brought a sweet peach after mistakenly clearing our dishes. They would also offer a refreshing bottle of water when we settled down on a garden lounge chair, and even had the front desk open a gate and escort us when we accidentally took a side path at night. These small details collectively showcase the hotel's excellent service and humanitarian spirit. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in Shanghai that feels like a hidden paradise yet still has a touch of local life, then the Jiading Villa Hotel is the place to be.

This stay experience is very satisfactory!
The hotel enjoys a prime location, convenient transportation, and is surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants.
The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is efficient and fast.
The room is spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration, soft and comfortable bedding, good hygiene details, dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and sufficient and stable hot water.
The soundproofing is very good and it is very quiet to rest at night. The breakfast has a rich variety, a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western styles, and tastes delicious.
The Wi-Fi signal is strong, which is convenient for work and leisure.
The overall cost-effectiveness is very high, whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, it is very suitable, I will definitely choose here next time! Highly recommended!
