The hotel was well located with plenty of good food around its vicinity, be it breakfast, lunch, dinner or even supper! Ordering food was also a breeze.
Room was very good sized and clean.
Staff are very friendly and helpful over our period of stay and were apologetic when the building had no water on the first day due to building maintenance. It's not easy on them, and they handled it very well, pacifying and reassuring the customers on the situation.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area and is within a 10 minute walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and malls. Our room was on the smaller side but that wasn’t a dealbreaker since we stayed a few nights. The hotel has their own restaurant and we were able to have a nice breakfast. Their lobby felt welcoming, it even had an option to brew your own tea from their selection of tea leaves.

Traveling to Beijing from the US with my daughter to sightsee and visit relatives. I chose a twin room and was very satisfied. It's located in a residential hutong, very close to the hutong entrance, making it easy to hail a taxi. It's also very close to the subway and Yonghe Temple, just one subway stop away or walkable. Before arriving, my only concern was the smell from the public restroom near the entrance, which some posts mentioned, as my daughter is quite sensitive to smells. However, there was no odor outside that public restroom whatsoever. We passed by it many times and never smelled anything. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation. The front desk staff had a great attitude. Any staff members we encountered in the hallway would greet us warmly. There's a fruit store about 200-300 meters from the hotel. The owner was very kind and helped me exchange cash. The next day, she even helped me choose fruit to give to my elders, which really made me feel the warmth and hospitality of Beijingers. The hutongs are quite narrow, so you need to be careful of electric scooters when walking, but overall, the experience was great. I would recommend it to friends.

The hotel bathroom has a wet/dry separation design, excellent water pressure, instant hot water, and a powerful hairdryer. CC at the front desk was very thoughtful, asking if I needed daily housekeeping for my extended stay. The toiletries provided were complete and satisfactory. Overall, great value for money, very happy with my stay.

The room was very clean. Since it was not long after opening, the overall facilities were very new. The bathroom and shower room were separated. It was also very reasonable. It was suitable for families, friends, and travel. There were separate doors and could be closed! ! ! ! This is especially important for friends and families! Avoid the embarrassment of no privacy! ! ! Hand cream tastes very comfortable, not the taste of inferior fragrance. Highly recommended, this price is the best business hotel, in Huairou is really a great hotel! I won't go to Home In the future... This is great.

The location, although convenient for Universal, is in a remote collection of hutong styles residences, nothing nearby in terms of shops or restaurants without needing to order a taxi. We had to request the bathroom to be cleaned on arrival as there was a used toothbrush, a cigarette butt and a clump of hair in our ‘ready’ room, there seems to be little to no soundproofing so our noisy neighbours kept us up long after we needed to be asleep, and we requested to take advantage of their shuttle service to Universal upon check-in the day prior, only to be left behind despite having been seen and greeted by the driver when we quickly grabbed some eggs from the breakfast area. We were 2-3 minutes late and I believe it was just the two of us and a family with a child so they could have waited or said, are you coming! I understand it is our fault for grabbing the quickest thing for breakfast, but they had literally seen us and asked if we were going to Universal and we said yes! Positives - The bed was super comfortable, great linens, enjoyed the revolving TV and the little train that takes you from reception to your room. Probably wouldn’t stay again though if returning to Universal as there are other properties in the same location the offer more convenience.

The service provided by Xiao Zhou at the front desk was very good, the hotel facilities were very complete, and the robot meal delivery was convenient.

The hotel environment is superb, tranquil with a lovely garden atmosphere and excellent views. The front desk and staff were warm and attentive, helping with transfers and preparing packed breakfasts. The small courtyard has swings, hammocks, and a bamboo grove, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I'll definitely come back next time, highly recommended!

This stay experience is very satisfactory!
The hotel enjoys a prime location, convenient transportation, and is surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants.
The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is efficient and fast.
The room is spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration, soft and comfortable bedding, good hygiene details, dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and sufficient and stable hot water.
The soundproofing is very good and it is very quiet to rest at night. The breakfast has a rich variety, a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western styles, and tastes delicious.
The Wi-Fi signal is strong, which is convenient for work and leisure.
The overall cost-effectiveness is very high, whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, it is very suitable, I will definitely choose here next time! Highly recommended!

On this trip I chose this hotel and it turned out to be the right choice. The hotel's environment is very elegant and the rooms are beautifully decorated, giving me a feeling of being at home. The hotel staff were very professional and their service was attentive, making me feel comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. In addition, the hotel's facilities are also very complete and meet all my needs. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.
