I wouldn't recommend the 'Classic Room' if you're looking for something spacious, as it's quite small and you won't even be able to open your suitcase. However, the room was spotless, absolutely no complaints there, and the service was good too. The breakfast selection was very limited and not really worth the 20+ euros. On the upside, the location is excellent; you can easily get to the Marais district and all the main attractions by metro. Overall, I still highly recommend it.

This is the fifth time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is excellent, and you can see the Arc de Triomphe right outside. The hotel is next to the Champs Elysees and there is a subway station nearby. The hotel is almost a hundred years old, but the interior decoration is very good. This is why I always choose to stay at this hotel.

I liked the hotel, the staff is very nice! They speak English very well! The rooms are clean, there is good water pressure, it is warm, there are radiators. Good cosmetics (shampoo, etc.) The breakfast at first seemed small, but it is so delicious! Everything there is very tasty! I recommend it! And also the location of the hotel! Perfect! I will come back

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Louvre and a 10-minute drive from Galeries Lafayette, and close to other attractions as well. We had a small unexpected event this time; because the hotel was fully booked, there were no standard rooms available, so they upgraded us to a large suite. This might also be thanks to Trip.com customer service, for which I'm very grateful!

We had a truly wonderful family stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa – Champs-Élysées, and it made our time in Paris even more special.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating, especially towards our family, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space for the whole family after a day of exploring Paris. Cleanliness was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions—perfect for a family trip.

The spa and hotel facilities added to the experience, allowing us to unwind and enjoy quality family time in a peaceful setting.

Overall, Majestic Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice for families visiting Paris, offering comfort, great service, and a prime location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

On the second night, objective and fair evaluation, standard four-star level:
There was a friendly lady at the front desk, and she took the initiative to say that the room arranged last night was not good, and that she could change it back to the deluxe room I originally booked. She should have known that she deliberately downgraded me to a common room last night, damaging my interests, and of course she didn't. Any compensation, at least be respectful enough. Too lazy to care. The stay was more pleasant after that.
Two major advantages of this hotel: 1. Good location, within ten minutes of Xiang Street; 2. Comfortable bedding
Disadvantages: The color of the hotel is tacky, and the elevator is terrible and slow. The breakfast is terrible, you can just find a cafe nearby to eat.

The rooms in the old buildings in the Little Paris area are relatively small, and the front desk has no problem communicating in English and is very welcoming. It is less than 500 meters from the subway station. It is very convenient to go everywhere. It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and can be walked. I still take the subway to go to the Arc de Triomphe. It takes about 30 minutes on foot. There is a larger supermarket called *** just 400 meters away. ***, the small supermarket downstairs doesn’t have that many items and is a bit more expensive. Breakfast was mediocre.

The hotel is full of design. Although it is small, it is exquisite everywhere. The attitude of the service staff is relatively good. After staying for a few days, only one female front desk employee was a little arrogant. She had to correct my pronunciation even though she had a strong Italian accent. The soft drinks in the mini bar are free and replenished in time every day. The hotel breakfast is relatively rich. The restaurant is not big. The breakfast time is 7-11 o'clock, which is very humane. The music played in the restaurant is also very chill, but the variety of dishes does not change every day, which cannot be compared with large hotels. The coffee is very delicious! The location of the hotel is also very good. You can walk to almost all popular scenic spots and business districts. I stayed with my children. The hotel's attitude towards children is also very good, and children's slippers are specially prepared. I didn't find any compatriots during these few days. I recommend compatriots to stay in Rome. Generally speaking, this is the best hotel I have stayed in for more than a month in Europe.

The location is superior, within walking distance to the Spanish Steps, and only three to five minutes away from the shopping street.

The service is not bad, everything you need is there. There are many welcome fruits, and the glass of mineral water is placed on the bedside after turning down the bed. There are scales! This is very important!

The room is quite big, with a balcony, but unfortunately there is no view. However, the terrace bar on the top floor has a nice view, overlooking St. Peter's Basilica, it is very pleasant to drink a glass of wine.

Very clean and well furnished hotel, with wonderful garden and swimming pool, the staff always kind and very polite, excellent restaurant and good price!! Price quality of the hotel perhaps a little exaggerated.. but overall everything is perfect

This is the most luxurious hotel on this trip.
When we booked a 3-person room, we should have directly opened the connecting door of the two adjacent double rooms and turned them into suites for us. The area of ​​a standard room is not large.
The hotel provides welcome champagne, handwritten welcome cards, and ACQUA DI PARMA for bath products.
The bed is relatively comfortable, the bath towels are thick and soft, and the mini bar has a rich variety. Two free bottles of mineral water and sparkling water are provided daily.
Opposite the hotel is a military-related government department, so there are soldiers on hand throughout the day, which makes me feel instantly safe. Of course, the curtains may not be fully open during the day, because it is too close to the office building opposite.
The location is very good. It is only ten minutes' walk from Castel Angel and Vatican City. It is very comfortable to run along the river in the morning.
The only thing that is not ideal is that there are too few types of breakfast, each person has a fixed set, and there are a small amount of self-service fruits, yogurt and drinks.

The hotel itself is great. We loved the room with a terrace, amenities are Acqua di Parma, staff is lovely. The bar is lively however some staff of the bar are a little rude to hotel costumers (just some of them, others are great). The pool is amazing. We will be back here.

The hotel is next to Piazza Venezia, within 10 minutes' walk from the Colosseum, and 10 minutes from the Pantheon. It is very convenient, and there are many restaurants around. The hotel has breakfast, which will be delivered to the room, which is delicious.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was a very good hotel for me to stay in.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of London, next to Chinatown. You can hop on a bus right outside, and a black cab stand is just 100 meters away. Plus, there are tons of great food options, coffee shops, accessory stores, bubble tea shops, supermarkets, and more – everything you could possibly need! The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. They even offer taxi services, Chinese translation devices, and spa services. All the facilities are brand new, and the slippers and towels are super comfy! Truly amazing!

The Royal Lancaster is situated next to the Hyde Park, perfect for my morning walks. Also, just steps away from the Lancaster Gate Underground and a couple of bus stands, 8 min walk to Paddington Station. The rooms were well laid out, clean and extremely comfortable. The Staff made us feel welcomed and constantly inquiring after us, so nice. I will definitely return and plan for a longer stay when I return to London for a break..

I absolutely loved the hotel. Its location is excellent, with most attractions within easy walking distance. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, full of stunning architecture, cafes, and shops. Our room's window was initially locked, but we requested the front desk to open it, and it made a significant difference to have it open. The room itself was very comfortable.

Sea Containers is a fantastic place to stay if you want to be close to the action in London while still enjoying a stylish, self-contained hotel experience. It’s only a short train ride to many of London’s biggest hotspots, making it really convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and nights out around the city.

The hotel itself has everything you need without even stepping outside. Aluxury cinema that’s perfect for a relaxed evening, and a rooftop bar with incredible views over the Thames. The cocktail list is excellent and the atmosphere up there is always lively with great vibes, especially in the evening.

Overall, Sea Containers blends comfort, entertainment, and location really well. Whether you’re in London for a quick getaway or a longer stay, it’s a great base with plenty to enjoy right inside the hotel.

Everything was as expected. Location good, 2 mins from Holburn and 10 from TCR.
Room contained all the usual stuff expected, excluding an exfoliator which wouldve been nice.
Tea was good, nice selection and excellent taste (though one of the days they did forget to provide additional tea bags). Fresh (semi skimmed) milk also in the fridge was appreciated. 
Only 1 annoying issue - room light control is done via the TV. The last thing you want to have to do before sleep is configure something on a bright white screen. Changing the display to dark mode or automatically reducing darkness when its late or when most of the room lights are dim would fix this issue.
Other than that service was all good, staff very helpful.

This hotel did not have to say. I will stay in the next time, the service and location are first class, and the hygiene level is very good.
