I stayed here during a layover. The hotel was well-maintained and I slept comfortably. One thing that bothered me was that the queen-sized bed had a single-sized sheet placed horizontally, so my feet were directly on the mattress. It felt strange that they didn't use sheets that fit the bed size. The pickup from T2 at the airport was from 'E'. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was very helpful.

This hotel is within walking distance from the airport, and you can see the tarmac right from your room. The front desk is on the top floor and offers a great view. The location is excellent, with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment options nearby. The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. There were also Chinese-speaking staff, and the service attitude was excellent.

This was the first hotel we stayed at in Penang. The room was a bit small, but the staff were all very service-oriented, even better than the service we received later at the Shangri-La Jen. The breakfast menu offered refined options, and the beverage station was a highlight, with latte art on the coffee, which was a nice touch. The location is indeed a little less central compared to Jen.
