It's about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. However, I felt the security wasn't great at night. It might be a bit dangerous for a woman to walk around alone. The hotel itself was good, and while the breakfast wasn't top-tier, it was useful for filling up. The staff were all friendly, the room was clean, and everything was good, but there is just one downside: the shower is separated from the room by translucent glass, so please be aware that it could lead to a very awkward situation. I don't understand why they designed it like this.

The location was good and the room was clean. Breakfast was an American breakfast buffet that you can imagine with bread, waffles, yogurt and cereals, and there were bacon and scrambled eggs.

Cons: 1. The location is a bit unsafe.
2. The large, floor-to-ceiling air conditioner in the room is quite noisy and needs to be turned off to sleep. These are standard features in all hotels, so there's nothing you can do about it.
Pros: 1. Professional service and quick check-in.
2. I checked out a day early, and the front desk was very attentive and printed out a check-in form and informed me that a full refund would be given.
3. Clean and tidy.
4. Breakfast is basic, and free coffee and water are available in the lobby.
5. There's a rest area in the lobby with internet access and a printer.

I found the hotel to be wonderful. There are attendants who speak Portuguese and are very friendly. Excellent bed and shower and very clean. It is a 6-minute drive from Universal Park.

Conventient Location with free frequent shuttle bus arrangement is highly appreciated.  Staff at font desk is very nice with thorough travelling information being provided.  One more issue I would like to give high rating is the Breakfast.  Overall comment: Good location, attractive pricing, nice staff, large room, comfortable bed.

It’s the best for a person who has overnight layover! Like they are trained for that specifically.
Free shuttle bus any time is real! But I couldn’t contact them by email though. Gotta call them, hope they fix that, I emailed a lot prior to my trip too.
And the staffs are so kind that it made me feel safe and secure that I will not miss my flight 😌

If you have to leave early for flight before breakfast time. They will give you muffins and apples! 

The room was so big and nice, I wish I didn’t have the flight to catch so I can keep sleeping in that humungous king bed.

There’s an atm at the lobby.

Excellent Inexpensive! 
Easy check in and accommodated late check out for free!  PET Friendly!    Good but simple breakfast! 
Free parking!       Was perfect for what we needed for one night!
