"The restaurant heart piece in Brilon-Wald is much more for me than just a pleasure stamp – it is a place for pleasure, enjoyment and shared experience. Already when you enter, you feel welcome to this warm, hearty atmosphere that gives you the feeling of being welcome. The rooms are so much cozy and character that you can get to fall directly. I would like to emphasise in particular the incredibly friendly, hearty and careful service. You immediately realize how much passion and broadcasting is worked here. Each guest is welcomed and accompanied with real heart. The concept of “Global Soul Food to Share” is modern, creative and at the same time full of soul. The combination of regional ingredients, oxygenic inspirations and influences from European to Arab cultures makes every court a very special thing. Whether vegetarian, vegetarian or meat – here comes only the best quality on the table, and this is tasteful for each individual bite. The idea of sharing the food together – similar to Tapas – I personally find great. This makes food here not only for enjoyment, but for a common experience. Each court is made with so much love and expression that you realize: here is passion behind it. In fact, you can hardly conceive this experience in words. You must have tried and enjoyed it yourself to really understand what makes the heart piece so special. For me an absolute favorite place with wonderful kitchen, special atmosphere and people living their profession with heart. We like to come back at any time and with many friends 👌🏼"

"Breakfast was good, one day a little better than the other day is the one who was present for breakfast, one person asked if you wanted to have a rug egg, and the other person asked NOT. And bread could be a little better there were mornings that the butter ham were dry...not to eat!!!!!! Dinner was a good (half-pension) one night and also a little less. Room on the front very noisy by many traffic in advance in the nights from 03:00 a.m. freight traffic. Not for the t****e..."

"Unfortunately, we were only here for one night; we booked very spontaneously to stay overnight near Winterberg after a fantastic day at the Kappe Adventure Mountain. We had booked a family room and received an upgrade to a family suite; thank you again for that! This gave us plenty of space: a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom for the adults and a bunk bed with an en-suite bathroom for our daughter, who was thrilled with her own little kingdom. Visually, it was rather rustic, as expected, and the furniture was a bit dated, but that suited the overall ambiance of the house and didn't bother us at all for just one night. Everything was spotlessly clean. In the evening, we went to the hotel's swimming pool. It was very stylishly designed with stucco ornaments and a mural, and also large, with various water jets and a lovely whirlpool. We also had dinner at the hotel. Unfortunately, there was only one person there, so we were asked to stay inside – we would have loved to use the terrace in such fantastic summer weather. We had a beautiful view across the meadows, and the road directly in front of the hotel wasn't at all bothersome. The small town is very quiet overall. The breakfast buffet was small but offered a very nice selection. Overall, a clear recommendation; we would gladly return if we ever find ourselves in this region again."
