"We stayed here for 3 nights with a 3-year-old baby and a golden retriever. Experience was very positive. The structure is a colonial house in the green, with pool and a quiet atmosphere thanks to the limited number of rooms. Jacob and Camilla were always ready and friendly, as well as Jacob's mother, who was happy to meet us the last day. Breakfast offers a wide range of sweet and salty, with sweets prepared every morning and typical products in the area, including excellent sauces, and you can stop for lunch and dinner. The location allows you to reach the Lido di Camaiore in about 20 minutes by car, and it is comfortable for those like us who want to change sea and relax in the countryside. In general, it is a structure that we advise those who seek peace, care for details and a pleasant environment for those traveling with children and animals, and we will certainly keep it in mind for a future stay."

"A friendly, family run, tourist standard hotel with a personal feel. Room in the original block adequate and comfortable, although shower cubicle small and in need of updating. Good sized bed and easy to use air conditioning. Balcony an advantage in the hot weather. Pool area and garden lovely, with fresh towels provided daily. Art work on display throughout hotel and piano available in the lounge, which you are welcome to tinkle. Drinking from the bar not really ‘a thing’ but available if you ask. Breakfast good, once you ask for eggs and bacon to be cooked( not on view). Lovely fresh breads and pastries daily, good variety of cold meats, cheese etc. Had dinner one evening; very good quality food and reasonably priced. Good value wine. Excellent service from every member of staff. The owner’s daughter and her husband are very hands on, helpful and efficient. Local taxis are expensive, but if you book from Reception, Dominique’s husband may take you in his car for a much more reasonable rate. For a day trip, he drove us to the train station and picked us up in the evening and on our final morning he drove us to Pisa airport. This very personal service makes Hotel Bacco special. I’d recommend it."
