"Disappointment. Of good: Clearly, there is parking. What's bad. The settlement is just horror. The check-in was at 7 p.m., so the keys were lying on the resepschen. The hotel is a number of buildings located next to each other with different entrances, variable floors and finding the right room - a task is extremely difficult. Since the instructions where the number is located nowhere, it was not sent in advance, and the texts simply did not answer, it was necessary to run in the dark hour until the owners allowed to answer and send the video instruction. They said they had no current email , but the instructions for opening the gate were sent!!! Recommendation to the hosts: make a plan to accommodate rooms in the hotel and leave them in a visible place on the respiratory to avoid such situations. About the room: horror. They gave a small room 6 dark, semi-bathroom, one small window comes out to the back of the farmyard, which makes it impossible to open and even curtains can't open because you can see and your appearance is so. The same problem with the window in the bathroom. Right next to the window, there are several huge noisy air conditioners. In short, you had to live the life of a moth in the full darkness under the light of the lamp. Saved that all day in the drive. The room has no closet, teapot and appliances in the common kitchen in the hallway. By the way, the light in the general rooms is set up so that it is turned on when moving and is turned off in two seconds. Well you understand that in the evening you can only go to the hotel with your lantern. I do not recommend it."
"Overall the hotel is good, great location to get to all the attractions. Plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor pool.
Breakfast was limited, nothing new to eat during the week.
In the room: limited number of sockets, inconvenient location, some of them are not working.
Room cleaning: the room was cleaned once during the week, which is very strange, there is an option to receive vouchers instead of cleaning, which we were not interested in, since without a voucher, the staff had to clean the room, which was not done. Only after a direct appeal at the reception and a personal request the next day we finally received new towels and a cleaned room."
"We are generally satisfied with the hotel from the reception desk, the hotel catering service is also very good, but the room facilities are old, the quality of the pillows is too bad, but this is only our personal suggestion, seriously, the beauty of the Azores Islands is in addition to the unique advantage, More high-quality from the local people, from where we go, can feel this safe, friendly, beautiful island."
