NEW front deck! 10x15 great for grilling and watching elk.Check-in time is flexible, preferably 5pm, but can be as early as 2pm. Open concept, with unique additions and décor throughout. Cabin is surround by trees, provides great that's shade, why it is hard to see in photos from front.Please be aware I do have outdoor security cameras on front of cabin.Inside: Freshly remodeled cabin with a modern rustic style. My favorite part of the cabin is the spacious back deck. very private and peaceful space to enjoy the mountain temperatures.The two south bedrooms have built in electric fireplaces and AC units with capabilities illuminating the flames and rocks for a great "cabin vibe". The next phase of our cabin is to remodel the bathrooms, check back this fall. Parking for 4 vehicles and one UTV trailer.Guest access:The right side the driveway has a small slope to, shouldn't be a problem for cars, just take it at an angle.Front door of cabin is one step up, great egress for people that have hard time with stairs.Full access to all space within neighbor's fence and property lines.The property is not fenced and gated, so dogs are not allowed to roam outside without a leash.Other things to noteAs mentioned, I want you to enjoy yourself, but please be respectful of my neighbors. No loud music, No parking in their driveways, or on the road. Driveway will contain 4 vehicles.PLEASE DRIVE SLOW, children are always at play, including animals. The road leading to cabin is not paved, lots of dust when out of towners drive fast down the road. If you’re looking for city life luxury with jet tubs, surround sound and massage chairs this home isn’t for you. If you’re looking for a true cabin getaway with just the right amount of comfort and lots of outdoor adventure look no further!The famous heard of Elk regularly lounge behind our home and can usually be seen several times a day lounging and grazing. Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin can comfortably sleep 6 with space for up to two more on the pull out couch. The entire cabin is 1,000 square feet. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen bed. There is a TV in the back bedroom and a large TV in the living room. Both are smart TVs and we are equipped with WiFi so you can log into your favorite app for movie night. We have newly installed central air. Enjoy some outdoor games (Cornhole, Jenga, Connect 4) in the backyard while the elk visit just beyond the chain link fence or spend your days hiking, off-roading, or enjoying the local markets and restaurants. We have a barbecue grill with propane tank. The front porch is a peaceful haven with a swing and couch. There is plenty of parking if you arrive in multiple cars. The kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcome to use any durable goods you find in the cupboards. Note - We do not have an ice maker or filtered water on tap. The dirt driveway is equipped with 30 amp and 50 amp plugins for an RV if you prefer separate living quarters with your guests however please note the driveway is steep and somewhat tight at the bottom. It takes an experienced operator and often 4 wheel drive to back a trailer or camper in. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions. Any vehicle will be fine for regular parking, 4 wheel drive is only needed for trailer parking.Dogs are welcome for a fee of $25 but we ask that you clean up after them. The backyard is fully enclosed by a chainlink fence to keep you fur family safe. There is an additional $50 fee for uncollected doggy doodoo. We also ask that you not leave them unattended in order to prevent any damage to our home or furnishings.The indoor fireplace shown in the photos is not operational. It does not vent properly and WILL fill the house with smoke. We have central heat and a back up gas furnace in case of power outages.No smoking in the home or backyard. Take special note of the fire restrictions during your stay which vary throughout the seasons.Note that we have a ring doorbell at the front door facing the street and a camera in the backyard facing the yard for security.
