The hotel is situated in a residential area, so it was relatively quiet. It's also conveniently located not too far from Hejie Street. I received a room upgrade using my Ctrip points, though the front desk didn't inform me of this proactively. Upon entering the room, there was a faint, noticeable smell. Fortunately, they offered late-night snacks, which was ideal as I hadn't eaten dinner.

Even the carpet on the second-floor staircase was neatly secured with metal strips, and the edges were perfectly finished. From the soft furnishings to the hardscaping, everything exuded sophistication. You can feel the immense care put into its upkeep, making for a wonderfully comfortable stay.~ Our balcony view room was absolutely stunning! Stepping out, you're on a massive balcony with direct lake views. Not only that, but we could clearly see the live performances from the second floor. Watching the show with the lake breeze in the evening – the ambiance was incredible, and it was such a delightful surprise! 🌊 For those with kids, the breakfast is a must-try! The variety of main dishes is super rich, with a choice of noodles, pastries, and more. The portions are generous and delicious, and the kids ate their fill, so we didn't have to worry about breakfast at all. ~ The hotel is generally child-friendly, with a quiet and safe environment. I'm absolutely smitten with the Waldorf Hotel after my visit to Changde! First off, I have to rave about the room – it's incredibly spacious with a well-thought-out and expansive layout. There's no cramped feeling whatsoever, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service is also top-notch, with attention to detail that really makes you feel cared for, leading to an excellent overall experience. And the breakfast definitely deserves praise; it offers a wide variety of delicious options. It's such a joy to head out and explore after a satisfying meal! All in all, this is definitely a hidden gem of a hotel in Changde that's worth booking~

The stay experience was great, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in speed was fast, and the communication was smooth. The rooms are clean and refreshing, the cleaning is meticulous, the bed is comfortable, the room is clean and quiet, the details are well maintained, the daily living is convenient, the overall environment is clean and comfortable, the price is online, the temporary stay is very suitable for business trips, the health and service are reassuring, and the follow-up travel is preferred. This is recommended.

I strongly recommend the river view room. The wide view will change your mood... You can almost see the whole river street. We went to the river street, and the front desk took the initiative to introduce it to us. The room attendant was also very enthusiastic. The room was clean and hygienic, and the price-performance ratio was very good! I really felt at home.

Our room was cozy and comfortable; the bedding and bathroom facilities were well-maintained and felt new, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very practical. What impressed me the most was how child-friendly the hotel is. The mini-bar and fridge in the room were so convenient for families with kids. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it a truly comfortable stay.

This is the second time I have stayed at the all-season hotel with my family. Good location, very close to the community where my brother lives. There are supermarkets and powder restaurants next to it, shopping and eating beef noodles are very convenient. The room is large in size, that is, some scratch marks on the sofa and cushion may have been left by the children before. The front desk clerk was warm and welcoming. On January 5, the ticket was changed to the afternoon departure due to the itinerary. I went to the front desk to ask if I could check out until two o'clock. The beauty at the front desk, yiiu, helped to do it without saying anything, and solved the worries of the future. Thank you very much. There is also a laundry room on the third floor. I estimate that the clothes are almost washed and ready to be taken and dried in the dryer. When I go to see that the clothes are dried in the dryer, I am very grateful to the unknown staff. Next time I come to Changde with my family, I will choose the all-season hotel.
