Facilities: Fully equipped, with a smart toilet and whole-house voice control! Plenty of shared bikes/electric scooters nearby, and the subway station is about 1km away. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, very satisfied. Environment: A pleasant surprise! Conveniently located within the Ethnic Village scenic area, with excellent transportation and a great environment. Service: Extremely attentive. The receptionist was very helpful, recommending many good restaurants and transportation options.

The room was spacious, and we had a great night's sleep with the twin beds pushed together. The water park is right downstairs, and the indoor hot spring has water jet massages. The outdoor hot springs are a bit warmer and offer better air. It was really relaxing to soak after a tiring day of activities. My kids absolutely loved the park, and breakfast was quite varied. The hotel staff were all very polite. We ate dinner at the restaurant several times, and the food was consistently good. One time, we arrived after 2 PM and they still cooked up several delicious dishes for us. They even gave us a proper birthday cake, not just a small, token one, which was a very generous and nice touch. We had a great experience and would recommend it to friends.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The service is excellent, and the breakfast is really good too. They have a great selection, including rice noodles, regular noodles, soy milk, milk porridge, sweet potatoes, and eggs – enough to get you full and satisfied. Plus, the air conditioning and hot water are available 24/7. The environment is truly wonderful; the staff provides impeccable service. There are lots of trees outside the entrance, making it very cool and, most importantly, very quiet. It’s perfect for a relaxing vacation. Getting around is super convenient, and you can park right at the entrance for free. I genuinely recommend everyone stay at this hotel!

Traveling to Kunming with my child, I arrived late on the first night, so I was given a room near the elevator (which I understood). When checking in, I asked if I could switch to a quieter room further inside the next day, and the receptionist said she would keep an eye out for me. I was happy that they arranged it for me the next morning – it was a really thoughtful gesture! The room was cozy, the bed was large and comfortable, and it even came with multi-head charging cables and a cute delivery robot! It felt very safe and considerate. As for the service, you can tell this is a long-standing hotel! Every detail was thought of, and the staff clearly have many years of experience; they were very seasoned. Out of the three hotels I stayed at in Yunnan, this one gave me the greatest sense of security. One more thing: I highly recommend the hotel's breakfast rice noodles – they were super delicious, I ate them for three days straight! Oh, and the hotel's location is excellent! You can walk directly to Haigeng Dam, so no need to worry about traffic. Plus, there's a subway station right next to the hotel, making it convenient to get anywhere!

This hotel booking was a wonderful surprise! First, there was ample parking, which was very convenient for our family traveling by car. The room was spacious and bright, and right across from Daguan Park, making sightseeing easy. From the parking lot to the elevator, we met a staff member who proactively helped us take our luggage to the elevator. When checking in, the front desk lady was warm and thoughtful, offering a lovely welcome fruit platter and personally escorting us to our room, sending us the check-in guide. Later, in the elevator, we met another staff member. She noticed our baby really liked pears, so she discreetly prepared four pears and placed them in our stored stroller. This morning, after checking out, the housekeeping staff found our baby's forgotten pillow and promptly returned it to us. As we were driving away, the lady even brought our luggage out to the car. Every staff member we encountered during our stay greeted us with a smile. The drying room on the basement level was incredibly practical. We put our washed clothes in there, and they were completely dry overnight, not affecting our early morning check-out the next day. Such a hotel with such thoughtful service – we will definitely be back!

As a brand focused on health and wellness, EVEN Hotel boasts unique details: rooms come with yoga mats, resistance bands, and a white noise system for better sleep, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routine even on long trips. The rooms are new, clean, and feature a simple yet refreshing design, with very comfortable Sealy mattresses for a restful sleep. The Food and Beverage restaurant offers a rich breakfast selection, including authentic Yunnan copper pot rice noodles. Enjoying breakfast while admiring the lake view is an excellent experience. The hotel also features a 24-hour gym, self-service laundry room, and a kids' club, making it suitable for both family vacations and business trips. The location is superb, very close to Haihong Wetland Park and Haigeng Dam, making lakeside strolls very convenient. Tom was warm, attentive, and responded promptly. Overall, the value for money is excellent. This is my top choice when visiting Kunming Dianchi Lake, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to the Spring City!

Situated in a peaceful area just 100–200 meters from the Ethnic Yunnan Village Park (also known as the Ethnic Minority Nationalitys Park), it allowed us to easily explore this cultural gem during a day trip, an experience we highly recommend. At the same time, the homestay is surrounded by quiet shops and local markets, making it both convenient and serene. What truly set this place apart was the outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived at the airport, the hosts went out of their way to assist us, even arranging a Didi taxi to ensure we reached the homestay smoothly. Their kindness didn’t stop there, they helped us purchase tickets for cultural attractions, found an English-speaking guide when our Mandarin wasn’t sufficient, and took care of countless other details that made our stay effortless. A highlight of our experience was Miss Zhang’s traditional Yunnan tea ceremonies. These sessions were not only a delight for the senses but also a wonderful opportunity to learn about the unique qualities of Yunnan teas and the art of brewing them. The atmosphere was relaxed and intimate, often joined by the owners, which led to lively, hours-long conversations filled with laughter and stories. It was these moments that made us feel like we were among friends rather than guests. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked the same room for our return in a week.
