It's super convenient for an after-dinner stroll. The room was spotless, and the facilities were complete and functional. The front desk was efficient with check-in, and the staff were enthusiastic, even helping us request breakfast for the kids. It’s perfect for both sightseeing and travel – definitely worth a stay.

I spent a long time choosing a hotel for our trip to Kunming because I wanted somewhere that would keep the kids entertained, but also be suitable for celebrating our wedding anniversary and a birthday. I chose this place primarily for the bathtub in this room type and its convenient location. However, once we arrived, I was truly impressed by how comprehensive the amenities are. From meals to entertainment, and catering to both children and adults, everything is taken care of. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive. The biggest surprise was the handwritten birthday card – in this digital age, a handwritten card really warms the heart. We booked two nights, and we didn't even leave the hotel for one of them; we spent the entire day there with the kids and never got bored. My children are already talking about coming back again.

Facilities: All the basics are covered – air conditioning, TV, smart toilet. They even have a garment steamer available to borrow. Environment: Located in a villa area right by Dianchi Lake, the surroundings are very comfortable, and there's no formaldehyde smell. 24-hour attentive butler service: The owner is incredibly kind. Before we left in the morning, they invited us to have tea and dessert. On a rainy day, they even lent us umbrellas for free. In the evening, they helped us hang our laundry, and they wouldn't rest until the last guest returned. They truly treated us like family. Electric scooter ride to view Dianchi Haigang Dam (free rental): They lent us two electric scooters and sun hats for free. We were so comfortable staying in Kunming that I forgot to take photos of the room! This is definitely a hidden gem of a guesthouse that I'll recommend to my friends when I get back!

The location is superb, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. My stay was absolutely perfect. The bedding was soft and the soundproofing was great, so I slept soundly all night. The biggest pleasant surprise of my Kunming trip was definitely the Dianyu Healing Hotel. It's conveniently located near Daguan Park and boasts excellent facilities: a clean outdoor pool, a gym, and complimentary self-service laundry and drying. They even offer daily sound bowl healing sessions and morning yoga. The front desk staff, especially one young man, provided meticulous service; check-in was efficient, and he proactively shared sightseeing routes for Dianchi Lake. Even food deliveries were brought to the room by a robot! The breakfast spread was a rich mix of Western and Chinese options. The lobby has a serene, Zen-like atmosphere, and cleanliness was impeccable everywhere. The self-service laundry and sound bowl healing were incredibly relaxing for both body and mind. Plus, parking was convenient, and the room had excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, my stay was comfortable and relaxing from start to finish. I highly recommend this place for anyone vacationing in Kunming!

The Shanhaijing Cloudland Hotel, a design haven by Dianchi Lake. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of the Sleeping Beauty Mountain, with breathtaking morning mist and evening sunsets. The rooms are smart and comfortable, and the scenic bathtub is amazing. The infinity pool reflects the mountains, and the rooftop terrace is perfect for watching the sunset. The service is attentive, they provide mountain bikes, and it's near the wetlands – a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. A must-stay for a vacation in Kunming, highly recommended!

This hotel, located within the scenic area, is an excellent choice for a short getaway! The exterior, with its wooden lanterns, is charming and unique. The rooms are luxurious and stylish, featuring a distinctive starry sky ceiling and mirrored decor. The private terrace is the highlight, with rattan furniture and a vibrant floral setting – it's so peaceful and therapeutic. The environment, service, and facilities all deserve five stars! It's conveniently located with plenty of great food and attractions nearby. My stay was absolutely perfect, and I highly recommend it!

Facilities: We booked a family room. We expected a 1.8-meter bed and a 1.3-meter bed, but we ended up with two 1.8-meter beds, which delighted my daughter. The room was spacious, with a long table. It was divided into two areas: the inner and outer areas, with the bathroom at the inner end separated by two curtains. This provided privacy while still allowing us to share a large space. Cleanliness: The room was exceptionally clean. The bedding was brand new, spotlessly white, and spotless. Although Kunming is known for its rainy weather, the weather was pleasantly cool and not humid during our stay. The climate was a pleasant surprise for our family. Environment: The B&B is located in a villa complex, a few minutes' walk from the Dianchi Haigeng bus stop. My family and I found the area quite comfortable. The complex is quiet, with several B&Bs nearby, some occupied and some seemingly unoccupied. Overall, it felt peaceful and safe. The B&B is a small, independent villa with succulents planted downstairs. The environment is small and charming, but not overly large. Service: The service is very good. It is run by a family. The girl will deliver breakfast to the room around 8 o'clock in the morning. The breakfast is a small steamed bun, a small dumpling, a box of purple rice porridge and a tea egg for each person. I can eat it full, but if you don’t like it, you can choose to walk out of the community and walk a few hundred meters towards the dam. There are many local delicacies, rice noodles, mushroom soup, etc. I have eaten at several of them and they all taste very good.

The environment is fantastic and new, the service is impeccable, and all the facilities are top-notch. The amenities provided are high-quality, the mini-bar is well-stocked and complimentary, and the location is super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely be back!
