Hotel Coia de Vigo ★★★★

📍 Rúa de Sanxenxo, 1, Coia, Vigo

"The hotel's location is actually a bit far from the city center. But it's still quite nice; there are large supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The room was huge, and the bed was comfortable, but the facilities were a little old, though that didn't bother us."

El Retiro ★★

📍 Telleira, 10, Nigran

"The service was good, and the food was tasty. To our surprise, we ordered 13 portions of churrasco and only received 4 small trays. Clearly, we were still hungry, so we ordered 2 more. Still hungry, we called the manager and asked how many ribs each portion contained. He told us between 6 and 7, which, according to him, should have meant 15 x 7 = 105 ribs. We each counted our own ribs and totaled 65. We were completely dissatisfied and will not be returning to this place. Our calculations showed that each rib cost 195/15 = €3/piece"

"Service: The service is warm and the lady at the front desk is very nice and patient in listening to your needs. Environment: Chinese 90s style decoration, more elevators which is more convenient Facilities: There is a bathtub and so on, but it is useless. The room is still relatively large."

Hotel Alda Estación Vigo ★
"The stay was overall very good. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the reception staff were helpful and courteous. However, the shower bracket was broken, which caused the shower head to shift angles unpredictably due to water pressure. As a result, water sprayed outside the shower area and left the bathroom floor soaked. Aside from this issue, the experience was positive."

Occidental Vigo ★★★★
"Great location—just steps away from both the bus and train terminal. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Basilica Santa Maria and the Mercado da Pedra. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff were welcoming, and always happy to help. The only minor downside for me was that both pillows were a bit too soft for my preference. But overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vigo!"

Agua de Mar Hotel Boutique ★★★★
"Located close to the main Vigo train station, this hotel is very accessible for tourists that are seeking a convenient stop-over before onward travel. The hotel room was clean and contained the necessary supplies for a comfortable stay. Whilst we did not have a room rate that included breakfast, there were many cafes in the train station and along the nearby main road that were suitable for breakfast and lunch. It was very easy to move our luggage from the train station to the hotel and it was very conveniently located near the bus stop for the Vigo Airport bus."

"Everything was very good, unfortunately the cafeteria was almost always closed, we did not try the breakfast so I cannot comment on its quality but in general I felt very comfortable in the room and perfect location. Unfortunately, the last night we were there, a group of guests came in who were super boisterous and very annoying."
