"The traditional English breakfast was included, and overall, I was quite satisfied. Service really depends on who you get; sometimes the front desk staff asks for an extra £10 for early check-in, but with a different person, it's not an issue. Housekeeping can be slow when they're busy, but everything else is fine. It's really convenient that hot water is available 24/7 at the bar downstairs in the evening."

"The hotel was in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk to East Croydon train station with a really regular train service back into the centre of London. Always tap in and out of the stations as it gives you the best rate for travel, we got stung for this on our journey out to the hotel on our first night as we didn't know East Croydon had tap out facilities, but they do. So always tap in and out instead of buying train tickets in advance. The hotel is clean and fresh downstairs and smells really good as you walk into the lobby. Our room was a great size, with two double beds so we could stretch out if we wanted to, really clean and a good size bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The hairdryer in the room was set at an extremely low voltage, which was really poor, as for someone with long thick hair like myself it took forever to dry. The breakfast service was also a little lacking, we could tell the hotel were short staffed as both days when we came down there was barely any hot food available. This was replenished when we asked but is something that should be kept on top of really. Nothing too big of a deal though, as we got everything we asked for in the end, and the quality of food was ok. We will be back next time we plan a trip to London, either to see shows or go to the football at Wembley."

"Good location, especially for concerts that take place in Fairfield Halls. Spacious rooms and multitude of channels in the telly! This part of London is not too grate but the stay os well worth its price."

"Room is very clean in general. There’s some smell in the washroom but they have air freshener for us to use there, so it’s still ok. Remember to book carpark in advance coz there’s not much car spaces. You can still park on the street but will need to pick up car early in the morning. Photos show the breakfast, it’s being served whole day from morning till night. Recommend this hotel to travellers who need car space and laundry, very convenient and cost effective."

"The hotel room is moderately spaced, the hotel is halfway up the mountain, quiet and good environment. The hotel's bedding is very comfortable and especially sleep-friendly. The hotel is far from the bus station and the MRT station, and the excessive luggage should be particularly cautious."

"These apartments are fantastic! The location is super convenient – just a two-minute walk from the train station (which has direct trains to central London), and tram and bus stops are right there too. There are plenty of cafes and chain grocery stores nearby, plus a huge shopping street just around the corner. The apartments themselves are quite spacious and have everything you need: a kettle, dishes, a fridge, stove, oven, and toaster. They even provide basic toiletries and cleaning supplies to get you started. The building also offers great amenities like a laundry room (payment via app), a gym, a library, and much more. The front desk staff are lovely, very friendly, and always ready to help. I definitely recommend it!"
