"Customer service is terrible. After checking in we found out the bathtub is broken. The receptionist was impolite, unsupportive and rude enough that did not even try to solve the issue ASAP. Rather, she told us there was no specialist at the moment and he might come or might not the other day to fix it. When we kept persisting that we need it fixed right away or they should provide another room, they called a custodian and later a waiter to try to fix it. Eventually, the bath still was not working appropriately, the staff present were so rude and impolite that did not even pay attention to my 8-month pregnant wife and try to suggest an alternative room option or an upgrade. As a result, we were unhappy and wanted to speak with the manager to ask for a refund. They never gave us a chance to speak with the manager, and never returned the paid money. The atmosphere was so disgusting and people were so rude that we decided to just leave for another hotel immediately. Also, the road to the hotel is terrible. At least an SUV is needed to get there. There was no phones in the rooms, so for tourists it will be impossible to call the reception if they don’t have local SIM cards or a roaming option. We booked the best, luxe room which was quite old, without a fridge, it was cold and humid inside. In general, it was not an Alpine castle but a DISASTER castle!"

"Everything is beyond our expectations! We had a quiet room with a beautiful view of the snowy mountains beyond the rooftop of the opposite building. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of high quality food items. The staff are attentive and helpful which made our morning meals very enjoyable. We highly recommend Dilijani Tun Hotel to anyone who is planning a trip here."

"We stayed for 6 days. The flight was rescheduled and we had to check in very early, the hostess of the house - Gayone, greeted us very warmly. She showed us around, settled us in, answered all our questions. She advised us where to have lunch, where to go and helped us book a cheap transfer to Yerevan. Special thanks to the hostess for the gorgeous homemade breakfasts! And cheese and matsoni and vegetables and fruits. Always a different main dish. And she made Armenian coffee for us at our request. It was as if we had come to visit our grandmother in the village. I recommend this guest house."

"Spacious, clean and comfortable with a balcony. Buffet Restaurant is excellent! Gym was falling to bits but is being refurbished. Indoor Pool and Sauna OK Jacuzzi cool and not very bubbly."

"We decided spontaneously to stay one night at Dilitown Resort Spa Hotel. The thermal area is very impressive, especially the whirlpool and the outdoor pool with wave function and counter-current system. It offers very good value for money. There was one slightly uncomfortable situation in the pool area, as a woman was livestreaming and filming herself, which felt a bit inappropriate. Apart from that, the hotel and the room were very good. The TV was great as well. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was very, very warm. Overall, it was an interesting and positive experience."

"The hotel is located on the left hill off the highway to Yerevan. It's not close to the center, but Yandex does its job. Spacious rooms with picnic tables in the garden. Our room, for four people, had space for a table with four chairs, a refrigerator, a kettle, and basic kitchenware. Amenities were provided in the bathroom. The owner, who speaks English, is charming and helpful with anything you need. I would recommend it to my friends."

"We recently traveled to Armenia and explored several places and cities in this beautiful country. We spent a night at the Casanova Inn in Dilijan, a city surrounded by stunning natural beauty. We were fortunate to stay at this hotel, which was clean, recently built, and not crowded—perfect for relaxing and enjoying our stay. The day before our arrival, it had been raining, so when we arrived, everything was fresh, clean, and amazing. We explored the city and its attractions. Just as we returned to the hotel, it started to rain. The light rain made the experience even more romantic and beautiful. A polite young woman handled our check-in process smoothly. We enjoyed delicious local food in the hotel's cozy outdoor restaurant, savoring the view as it was shrouded in mist. After a comfortable night's sleep, we woke up to a fascinating and unforgettable view. Breakfast was served in a beautiful and spacious room that resembled a historic house, decorated by a family who love art. We highly recommend this hotel. The hotel owner, restaurant staff, and reservations team were all friendly and welcoming."
