"Just disappointing bc room was not ready when we got there at 3 like it was supposed to be. Then said it would be ready in a couple hours by 5. Then when we did get our room, some parts of room were still dirty. Then we go down to the hot tub. Its more like a warm tub and the jets dont work. All in all a frustrating time when usually this place is really nice."
