"Don’t be fooled by the photos. But in fact, when I arrived in the room, it turned out that the photo was taken and it felt very dirty...Because it is an old building, the wall is that kind of old wall, so it looks dirty, but it is actually the texture of the wall...The interior inside is very beautiful The lamps and tables all have old European style and are very comfortable. The front desk is also very standardized, all dressed in suits, very polite and friendly, and good English. The most beautiful is the top of the hotel room, which has a bit of the feeling of a wooden house on the Norwegian side, because it may be an old house with wooden beams rebuilt, but it looks better. The hot water in the bath is also very hot. There is no elevator. We have a lot of boxes. The front desk changed us to a low-floor room~ and the heating seems to be turned off in the middle of the night. Many hotels here seem to be like this in order to save costs but it will not be cold at night. The breakfast is also quite rich, it is a normal continental breakfast, basically all."

"Location is great! I was happy to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa up close during the day, dusk, early morning and changing my facial expressions! Although the air conditioner was weak, I was not dissatisfied with other facilities and amenities. It was standard to have no gargle cups, pajamas and slippers, so I was able to respond without problems. As a dissatisfaction, I had a hard time carrying a heavy suitcase because there were only stairs. The front desk felt less 々 unfriendly. More than that, the location was great and it was a recommended hotel!"

"A clean, comfortable space in a location that is handy to the sights and dining.  The check in instructions were very clear and way to follow, the room was great, and we took advantage of the luggage storage facilities on the day we checked out."

"We had a very pleasant stay here! The host Verdiana was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. The room facilities are very modern and brand new. A huge plus was that they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip so much easier. Overall, we are highly satisfied and would definitely recommend it!"

"Everything was very nice, everything new, clean, welcome hostess 🫶 We advise and the cent straight from the tower 💘"

"Perfect accommodation for a city trip to Pisa. Beautiful, old building very centrally located. Sights, city and places to eat are all within easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out without contact with staff - no problems at all. Brief contact with staff over time, very friendly! I had a large room with a balcony and a direct view of the Arno. Everything was very clean! Small coffee and tea station in the hallway for free use. Thank you for the great stay during my trip to Pisa!"

"The location is more suitable for going to the airport, but a little far from the city center, this hostel is a hostel that is not received at the front desk, so you must be prepared before you check in."
