"My stay at Riad Belikoss was OK, but not totally satisfying. The staff is friendly, the check in was OK. The guys at the reception (Larbi) and the boys at breakfast (rooftop) were very friendly. But the welcome drink (mint tea) was not hot. Hmmm. The room itself was not that bad, but for the price paid, the cleanliness was doubtable (see photos). Hopefully this can be cleaned better in the future if the management reads this. The breakfast was reasonable, with Orange juice, an omelette, a few pieces of fruit, a Moroccan pancake (msemmen) with chocopaste, honey and jam. I missed 2 things: yoghurt and Amlou (Moroccon peanut butter). This should be improved. And very important: my coffee was cold! They serve you black coffee in a small thermos can, but still it wasn't hot! Coffee should be really hot. Also, they served me back coffee only, and after asking they provided milk. It should be there in the first place. No salt and pepper on the table for the eggs. The amount of bread served at breakfast was small. Not too bad, but there are things to be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was like 'where is the pool'? Is this it? Can't really call it a pool. Positives: The Air-conditioning was good. Room design and Riad decorations are nice. Room door (see picture) is old and green with mold. Should be replaced urgently. Curtains are not blackout, you will still have light coming in the room. Room is not sound proof but at night it was quiet There are only windows facing the inside of the building, no outside-windows, so no fresh air coming in, causing a lack of oxygen at night. If you get a very cheap room price (like less than 20 euros) it's acceptable, it's too much for this Riad. Conclusion: it's a beautiful Riad, but there are things to be improved. But Larbi is great, thank you my friend."

With a stay at Mira Stay in Marrakech (Gueliz), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Jemaa el-Fnaa and Majorelle Garden. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! They tried to solve any problems they had, thank you. The apartment was spacious and clean, odor-free, and the bed was comfortable. The location was quite convenient: a 20-minute walk to the train station and the medina, 10 minutes to the Majorelle Garden, and there's a grocery store next door. Nearby is a cemetery, a prison, and a construction site 😂 That's where the positives end. There were plenty of negatives. At first, we were greeted by a broken lock on the door, and we couldn't open it. On the second day, we were offered a room change; it turned out to be basically the same, but without a window in the bedroom, so we stayed in the first room and learned to open the door ourselves. The apartment had poor lighting in the living room and bedroom, making it dark. There were just a single bulb hanging from a cord with a cold light, and there were no bedside lamps like in the photo, making it very uncomfortable. The bathroom is spacious, but the sink (or maybe the faucet) was leaking, creating a puddle under the sink. The shower is missing a curtain, and there's a gap between the floor and the partition—as a result, there's a lot of water on the floor after showering. Toilet paper, soap, and shower gel are available, but there are no trash bags anywhere. There's a rag in the kitchen and dishwashing detergent missing. On the second day, the internet stopped working for a day. It then worked again, but it was extremely unstable on the third floor. This is important for tourists! Overall, the entire apartment feels old, tired, and in need of a proper renovation, not the ”good enough” look it has now. On my last night, at four in the morning, I was awakened by noise: my bedroom window overlooked the terrace of the neighboring room. The door was open, and I could see many men with naked women. I knocked on their door, and they fell silent, but they didn't open the door. But soon, the noise resumed. I contacted the administrator via WhatsApp, but received no response or even an apology after reading my message. However, immediately afterward, the neighbors closed the balcony, and half an hour later the women left. It became quiet. Draw your own conclusions. I understand this isn't an expensive hotel, and I didn't expect five-star service. But there are basic requirements that should be met. Therefore, I don't recommend this hotel, especially for longer than a night."

"Conveniently located apartments with late check-in available. It's a 20-minute walk to the Medina, 15 minutes to the Majorelle Garden, and 15-20 minutes to the bus and train stations. There are two shops nearby. We ended up with a very basic room – no nightstands by the beds, no wardrobes or hangers, and the hooks in the bathroom were falling off. We didn't bother complaining or asking to be moved as we were only staying for less than three nights. Plus, we booked it just three hours before checking in because our previous *********** host canceled on us."

"The staff were incredibly accommodating, and the apartment was spotless – a really pleasant stay overall. Having a large Carrefour supermarket nearby was a huge bonus, especially for those who dislike haggling, as big supermarkets are scarce in Marrakech. It's a 20-minute walk to the train station, 20 minutes to the Majorelle Garden, and 25 minutes to the Medina. We were really happy with our choice. For us, it was ideal to be slightly outside all the chaos and just dip into it when needed. Our friends stayed in the Medina and didn't have that luxury!"

GGuest UserOur stay at Riad Ksar Agdid was truly special, and it felt much more like being welcomed into a warm home than staying in a hotel. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but here everything felt easy and comfortable. The riad has a calm, cosy stylish atmosphere where both adults and kids can relax, and we immediately felt safe, cared for, and at ease. What made the experience unforgettable was Raschida. She is a true gem of this place — incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. She has a natural way of making you feel looked after without ever being intrusive. Her cooking and especially mint tea is delicious! The knowledge of Marrakech is impressive, and her recommendations were always spot on, helping us discover wonderful places we would have never found on our own. It felt like having a trusted local friend guiding us through the city. Thanks to her and the overall atmosphere of the riad, our family stay was not just comfortable, but full of warmth and beautiful memories. We would return without hesitation!

SSophia OreEveryday at Riad Jamaique was nothing but beautiful. Yassine and his team are pleasant, accommodating and kind. They all went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The rooms were clean with lots of supplies and the breakfast i always looked forward to. Yassine was there to receive me using a paid transfer he had organised for me, welcomed me with tea and water, explored the map with me to move around, planned some activities with me. He was indeed a helpful part of my trip. I called him severally when lost or needed help when outside and he went above and beyond. Although its tucked inside the medina, I felt safe walking even past midnight all by myself and its close to all amenities as I did not have to take taxi for any activities. I really can't over emphasise my stay here and would always come back to.stay here whenever I visit again and would recommend always.

NNatasha Audina SI love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

FfifihywWe had a great stay here, the staff were so friendly and helpful!! Thank you to Abdu, Hamza and Ahmed for making our stay so comfortable :) they gave us tips on what to do and what to avoid and drew them out on the map for us! The room was lovely, a bit dim but not too much of a problem overall. The bathroom was clean and had the basic shower amenities. The room itself was decent in size and not too noisy (you can hear some things from outside the room but it wasn't disruptive). There is a rooftop where you sit and relax, we had some mint tea up there in the evening and it was lovely and quiet. They served slightly different breakfast every day which was nice e.g. omelette, fruit, yogurt and Moroccan bread/pancake. They gave us orange juice and a choice of tea or coffee. The location is not bad, quite close to the markets but you need to walk a bit from the road and turn in some alleys before reaching the riad. You will see some cats in the alleys on the way to the riad and that was something we looked forward to each time haha

HHuzairiStayed at Riad Argan and honestly… this place exceeded our expectations 🇲🇦✨ Everything about the stay was wonderful. The riad itself feels modern and comfortable, but still beautifully preserves the traditional Moroccan riad atmosphere and charm. It gave us the best of both worlds — modern comfort with authentic Marrakech vibes. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. Our room was very comfortable, and the entire riad felt peaceful despite being in the busy city of Marrakech. What we loved most was the atmosphere — calm, cozy, and aesthetically beautiful. After walking around the chaotic souks and Medina all day, coming back here felt so relaxing. Truly one of the highlights of our Marrakech stay. Would definitely come back again 🤍

GGuest UserAbsolutely great experience in old style. Beautiful building run by friendly people that were always ready to help. Small but cosy rooms that were kept clean everyday. Very good breakfast! Really was sorry to miss one because of early departure for a trip one day. All staff always smiling, helpful and ready to brighten your day with mint tea (even late in the evening). Very communicative, I enjoyed having some small chat with them everyday. They also have spa and hammam that was nice to try after one particularly wet and cold day. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone!

AAnonymous UserIt wasn't a hotel in the traditional sense, more like a guesthouse. The basic facilities were inadequate; there was no hairdryer. The room wasn't very well-ventilated, and there was a damp, musty smell. Personally, I felt the prices in this city were a bit inflated. However, the owner's service was excellent.

GGuest UserWe didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room.
