I have turned the basement of my Lakehouse into a cozy little fully functional apartment with its own entrance right on Wilson lake three doors down from Steenson hollow marina for easy boat launching! Two regular size beds and a twin bed. Sleeps 5 to 6! You have a private pier with 2 ladders for swimming and cleats and bumpers if you bring your boat! Apartment has everything you need! All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper. Towels and washcloths, toilet tissue, paper , a Keurig, coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, coffee, creamer, and sugar. towels, life jackets, gas grill with gas tank, charcoal grill, charcoal and lighter fluid, a hammock, tv, WiFi , all bed linens! Also, upon request, baby bed, bouncy seat and high chair! Guests can enjoy leisurely actives such as fishing off the pier, catching up on their favorite shows, or just relaxing on the deck with a good book while enjoying the views. There is a fire pit that can be used on chilly nights.The home may be called a tiny home but offers all the amenities of a full-size home.The living room and kitchen have an open floor plan. The living room has a designated workspace that allows working at home. There is a smart TV in the living room area with basic cable and seating area. The kitchen offers seating at the bar with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There are blinds throughout the home to allow for privacy.The one bedroom offers a queen bed with and additional air conditioning unit. The bathroom offers a bathtub with shower. Please note, the tiny home has a smaller hot water heater. The loft has two twin size mattresses. Refer to the pictures and has limited head space. You cannot stand up in loft. These two mattresses have the bedding folded on top of the mattresses. Enter loft at own risk. No children allowed in loft at any time. Handrail must be used while entering and exiting loft. Please note that the path to get to pier has several steps and slopes downward. Use caution when walking to pier and the handrail must be used. Children are not allowed to be unaccompanied at any time while on pier.Due to safety and security reasons visitors of any type must be communicated with and approved by the host before arrival of visitors. Charges may apply to any additional proposed and approved overnight or part time visitors/ guests. By booking with us, the tenants and tenants’ guest shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the landlord and/or host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises such as the pier and anything else on the property regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss. The living area has a sofa bed that sleeps two additional people and an electric fireplace. WIFI is provided and the Smart TV can be viewed from the living area and the king bed as well. The cabin is heated and cooled with two mini split units located in the main area and in the loft. We built the headboard and ship’s ladder stairs ourselves out of the wood from the original barn.The kitchen has full sized appliances with a stacked washer and dryer. A 12-cup coffee maker, a single serve K-cup maker and a toaster is provided, along with all utensils to make cooking easy. The first several uses for coffee, detergent and paper products will be provided.Relaxing is easy on the covered back deck that serves as a pier. Your supper can be cooking on the nearby freestanding outdoor grill. Additionally, the cabin has a carport for your vehicle or boat equipped with outdoor lighting, electrical outlets, and video surveillance system that you will be able to monitor from inside your cabin from a 7" handheld monitor.
