About this spaceThe Small House is anything but small when it comes to comfort and relaxation. It is located in the heart of Nellysford near a local grocery store and restaurants. Close to many hikes, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the AT, wineries, cideries, and breweries! The property includes a deck, outdoor fire pit, grill, and 11 acres to explore. At the very back of the property is 600 feet of private river/creek access. The perfect spot to fish, picnic, read, and/or let the kids cool off and play!The spaceNamed for the family who lived there from 1935 to 2016, this home was remodeled and updated in 2020. Quiet comfort of a modernized farm house, with 100 Megabit internet! The home includes 2 living areas one with a gas fireplace and the other with a woodburning fireplace. There are 2 queen bedrooms downstairs each with a nearby full bath. The downstairs also includes a laundry room for your use, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining room that seats 6-8. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a half bath. One bedroom has four twin beds and the other bedroom has a futon that folds out and can sleep 1-2. The futon bedroom also has a tv and Nintendo game system.
