"No check-in guidelines are mentioned in the confirmation letter before check-in. After arriving at the gate, I knew that I had to drag my luggage to the front desk outside the charging area of a few hundred meters to check in, and there was no ticket car to let in. After arriving at the room, I found that it did not match the room type booked. The on-site staff said that it was impossible to be wrong, so they went to lunch by themselves. I hope this hotel located in the 5A level scenic spot can be more considerate of customers."
