The only concern this morning was, i did inform night staff i will be checkout abit later after pray Dzhur, because last night i check in at about 5am. Then when the housekeeping came and knocked the door, he did inform the receptionist, they will go out later after 10 min which that time show 12:08pm. Then the receptionist tell, "Kalau lambat keluar kene charge RM10". Omgee . just like no courtesy. That all. Overall the hotel is good. Parking is safe"

"This hotel is always my top choice whenever I'm in Kuantan, especially for short getaways or quick business trips. It's strategically located right in the city center, next to a food court and with a restaurant nearby. The hotel is clean and the front desk service is fast. The only downside is the water pressure, which isn't stable – sometimes strong, sometimes weak. Overall, it's good and suitable."

"The hotel is located right at the city center, room is clean, come with free none-covered parking, not convenient if raining. no other facilities provided in this hotel, no cafe and no breakfast provided, anyway there are food court nearby and many restaurants within walking distance from hotel. This hotel require maintenance. Room 803 assigned to me is having water pipe leaking, the toilet floor is wet all the time. water pressure is good, aircon is cool and wifi is available for light usage only, not working on Youtube. However, 5G signal is very strong here, so using your own mobile data is not an issue at all."
