The next morning, I called again to inquire about the situation and told me to carry the medicine with me to spray. Before leaving, Manager Zhu Qiong was very enthusiastic and reminded me again. She was very attentive. After staying for two days, except for this little episode, I felt like I was at home. The lobby was very quiet. More importantly, the room was clean, the staff had a good service attitude, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. Among all kinds of unacceptable negative reviews of five-star hotels, I feel that I picked up a loophole. It would be even better if some improvements could be made to the mezzanine floor stairs or slippers."

"The hotel is about 10km away from the city center. It’s located right across the road from the Dianchi Lake and very close (within walking distance) to major tourist attractions in Kunming. This is a relatively small hotel with an elegant and relaxing ambiance. Rooms are beautifully furnished and very spacious. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of delicious options. The hotel restaurant offers an extensive menu for lunch and dinner and is open nonstop till late hours in the evening. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. In fact, we ate at the hotel restaurant all the time during our three-day visit in Kunming. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place, especially for leisure travelers who want to stay in a quiet area and be close to tourist attractions."

"This hotel is handy to the airport and has an hourly airport shuttle.Only once an hour.      The hotel is clean. The room was spacious and tidy with all usual amenities.      Other than hotel dining room We only found one restaurant in walking distance.     The desk person was efficient enough but rather curt and not helpful at relating the existence of an alternative restaurant.      The hotel is not close to any shopping or sites of interest; recommend for one night travelers."
