"The inn's decor has a very ethnic feel, and the high ceilings in the rooms give a great sense of space! The location is also excellent, right in the center of the ancient town, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's lively during the day but still very quiet at night for sleeping. The complimentary canned baked milk tea was also delicious. Breakfast consisted of a bowl of rice noodles, a piece of corn, a sweet potato, and an egg, which was just so-so. Breakfast isn't served until 8:40 AM, which is very inconvenient for travelers who need to leave early. This is something that I think needs improvement."

"This hostel is right in the core area of Jinma Biji Archway, within walking distance to Nanping Street and Kunming Old Street, making it super convenient for all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs. The bunk beds are incredibly well-designed, each with its own charging port, reading light, and storage compartment, offering maximum privacy. The 24-hour front desk staff are warm and reliable, and you can even store your luggage for free. The common areas are spacious, and the terrace and billiards room are perfect for socializing. It's spotlessly clean and offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!"

"It was okay. It's right by a subway exit and close to Kunming First Affiliated Hospital, making it very convenient for getting around. You can also catch a bus to the park. The room hygiene was fine. There's a courtyard downstairs with some plants, so there were quite a few mosquitoes."

"Overall, the stay was highly satisfying and definitely worth recommending. We were initially drawn by the ethnic characteristics of the hotel when booking, and after checking in, we were truly impressed by the warm and professional service, well-equipped rooms, and convenient location. Given that we were traveling as a family with elderly members, the staff patiently helped us upgrade and adjust our room type until we were completely satisfied. The breakfast offered a nutritious and varied selection—the traditional pot milk tea comes highly recommended. The hotel also provides a complimentary ethnic photo experience, which aligns perfectly with its cultural theme. Its location is another advantage, within walking distance to several city attractions, and the lively atmosphere downstairs adds a touch of local charm, somewhat making up for the minor drawbacks of being housed in an older building (such as sharing the elevator with neighboring businesses). 整体住宿体验非常令人满意，非常值得推荐。最初预订时，是被酒店的民族特色所吸引；入住之后，则被工作人员热情专业的服务、舒适齐全的客房设施以及便利的地理位置深深打动。考虑到我们是一家老小出行，酒店员工不厌其烦地为我们升级并调整房型，直到我们完全满意。早餐选择丰富、营养均衡，特别推荐他们家的罐罐奶茶，味道十分地道。酒店还提供免费民族服饰拍照体验，与整体的民族特色主题非常契合。地理位置也是一大亮点，步行即可到达多个城市打卡点，楼下充满浓郁的生活气息，这也多少弥补了酒店所在老旧建筑带来的一些小遗憾（例如电梯需与周边商户共用）。"

"The rooms were spotless, and the guesthouse itself boasted a charming elegance and a rich cultural atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were incredibly warm and welcoming. The location was absolutely fantastic, and what truly stood out was the captivating museum collection housed right within the hotel."

"No wonder it was recommended by Anhui TV! And since China has 56 ethnic groups, and Yunnan has 26, there are 26 themed rooms representing each of those groups. It was a fantastic experience. The front desk service was very attentive, and checking in felt like coming home. The location near Sunac City is very convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again and recommend it to friends and family. I hope it continues to improve!"

"This stay was a perfect trip! I was amazed the moment I entered the B&B, and every photo I took was a blockbuster! The room was decorated very cozy, the bedding was soft and clean, and it was comfortable and healing to live in. The most heartwarming thing was the boss, who would help plan the tour route. We borrowed a lot of things from the boss, and the boss was very enthusiastic! I strongly recommend it to every friend who wants to escape from the hustle and bustle, where you can really relax both physically and mentally!"

"It is our own fault but we did not realise that this was so far out of the city and at the entrance gate of a cultural Stockade. The host was helpful but there was a bit of an odour from the bathroom.  if your purpose to stay here is to see the cultural stock then this would be a good location but there are no restaurants nearby.  There was a nice view from our window of the lake and some beautiful traditional architecture to walk around and see in the area. "

The location is very good, you can walk to Haigeng Dam to see Dianchi Lake in about ten minutes, and there are many restaurants within a few hundred meters. The price-performance ratio is very high among B&Bs. Of course, if you are used to staying in star-rated hotels, there will still be a gap... The owner's hospitality is very good, and those who like to stay in B&Bs can buy it with their eyes closed."
