Located at a good location above an IKEA and next to Westbahnhof, with the metro and trams making it easily accessible to the center. The hostel is lively with a social atmosphere, and big common rooms for people to relax. The rooms are clean and privacy curtains installed on the bunks are a big plus.
However, there are some negatives as feedback to be taken into account:
- the pillow on the bed is too thin and can barely be described as a pillow
- the mattress is too hard and uncomfortable, with any small movements making noise and potential disturbance at night
- there are no reading lights installed in the bunks
- no towels provided, every hostel I’ve been has provided towels
- this is not the hostel’s fault, but there are inconsiderate people in the rooms who are talking and laughing loudly past 10pm, as well as someone playing music or videos without earphones past 11-12pm when people are clearly trying to sleep

The hotel is in a nice location, not too far from the city centre, there's tram right outside and the U6 train 5' away. Very convenient for venturing to town and around. The room was cosy and clean, however our beds and towels hadn't been changed at all during our stay and when we asked for towels we were just given 2 from reception. The staff were friendly and helpful and arranged for our taxi to pick us up early in the morning. Breakfast was included in the price and it was really good! Overall value for money hotel.

The location was decent, and the app made it convenient to complete the online check-in in advance. The hallway had a noticeable smell, but the room itself was clean, so that was good. I was also happy that the hotel had a laundry facility.
Breakfast was okay, but the variety wasn’t very wide, and the dining area felt rather small. Unfortunately, there was a large student group during my stay, so I couldn’t enjoy a quiet breakfast. I was even subjected to a discriminatory remark, which made the experience quite unpleasant. I hope the hotel will consider separating group guests from individual travelers, or assigning different breakfast times to avoid situations like this.

Excellent!
1. As we were traveling by car, I specifically chose this hotel for its convenient parking. The parking spots are right behind the property, which meant no need to drag our luggage into the city center. The host even made a point of highlighting the parking availability when we chatted, which was super helpful. You can also borrow bicycles from them to get into town, though it's actually not a long walk either.
2. The room was spotless, with a modern and stylish decor. The water pressure was fantastic, making for a really refreshing shower!
3. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Location of hotel was easy to find and very near the U-Bahn station. However, the station has no elevator/escalator, so you have to bring your luggage up and down the stairs.
Check-in and check-out are quick and simple. There are multiple entry and exit points so do see which is nearer to your door; we mostly used the 2nd elevator nearer to the mall.
Room is cosy and spacious; fits luggages very comfortably with space to spare. Toilet is clean and big but the water does come out of the shower doors quite abit. Room service is polite and timely; keeps room tidy.
For heater/aircon, please ask the reception about the setting before heading up; it has a peculiar setup but works well after setting it up properly.
Best part is the hotel has a trinkwasser fountain within 1 minute’s walk; so we have a free water refill every night and day.

It's convenient to go anywhere by subway or tram. (The tram stops right in front of the hotel, so that's the better option.)
The breakfast is the best! I stayed in similar hotels in Europe for 6 nights, but the breakfast was by far the best!
They had caviar and all-you-can-drink wine...
There were so many varieties that I couldn't possibly eat it all, but everything was presented stylishly and looked delicious. (And it was.)
The prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly.
If I have another chance to go to Vienna, I'll definitely choose this place!

Transportation is well connected because it is Europe
Reception is friendly and hot water is good
Great value for money

The location is very good, the subway and buses are very convenient nearby! However, as it is a non-smoking room and a hotel, the toilet has a strong smell of cigarette smoke almost all day long, and it does not go away. It is very smelly! ! There is no refrigerator or tableware in the room. If you need to buy food from the supermarket and eat it back, please be careful~
We are centrally located within walking distance to some of Vienna's most spectacular sights. The Museum of Technology is just a five-minute walk away and we are 10 minutes from Schoenbrunn Palace. Take a short five-minute drive to explore Schoenbrunn Zoo, the oldest zoo in the world. Each of our cozy guest rooms feature spacious bathrooms. Our meeting space is ideal for events for up to 500 guests.

Clean, warm room, very good and varied breakfast. Very good room service, good food at room service but a little expensive. I had only one problem but it was quickly resolved at the reception, the room had an unpleasant smell but it was changed immediately by the receptionist. The new room was very good. One inconvenience is the parking which is very expensive and I don't know why I paid for 7 days and the accommodation was only 4 nights so five days. I received a discount from the hotel for parking but the parking is still expensive. There is no parking in the hotel area so the only parking available is the one in the hotel's basement garage. It would have been a 10 if I had been charged for the 5 days and 4 nights for parking instead of 7 days and 6 nights.

Firstly, the coordination between Ctrip and the hostel might not have been good. I didn't receive the door code before check-in and had to wait there. Luckily, other guests and front desk staff came out shortly after and helped resolve the issue. The staff were also very friendly.
The room was average, nothing special. The lockers seemed too small; it appeared no one used them during my stay, resulting in a large area of luggage on the floor. However, since there wasn't a table like in the pictures, it didn't feel cramped. The kitchen in the common areas was quite good, with ample space for cooking and dining, and the refrigerator was well-organized.
Regarding cleanliness, I saw staff cleaning, but leaving the blankets directly on the floor was incomprehensible…
I've forgotten the exact location rating, but it's not in the city center. There are two tram routes available, both within a 5-minute walk. Overall, if you just want a place to sleep and the price is right, I'd recommend it!

Great
GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the Belvedere Palace. Bus route 71 right outside takes you directly to the Parliament building, perfect for starting your sightseeing. There are several supermarkets nearby, including DM, Billa, Spar, and Aldi, which made it super easy to pick up souvenirs before heading home.
Tthe solo traveler 3unbeatable location in terms of airport transit accessibility. there is a train station right across the road, and it connects directly (no stops) to the airport via express train(CAT). also, the major vienna tourist spots are all very near(walking distance) or easy to go because, again, the train station is so close.
the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and were pretty tasty. the room felt clean enough upon arrival, although i did find a previous guest’s wifi info card under the bed. you can drink from the tap. the water tasted good enough.
YYukiLily(*´∀`*)The hotel's location is excellent! There's a bridge nearby that leads directly to the city center, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Black Death Tower, making it very convenient for getting around.
The service and facilities are genuinely great. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the staff were very polite, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The facilities are quite comprehensive; there's a steamer for ironing clothes, and the room has a fridge stocked with still water, sparkling water, and other drinks, which are replenished during room cleaning – a thoughtful touch. Slippers are also provided, and the bathroom amenities are well-stocked.
The room size is just right. There's enough space to open a suitcase and still have room to sit and relax without feeling cramped.
A nice bonus is the JBL alarm clock in the room, which can connect via Bluetooth to play music. It's perfect for listening to music when waking up in the morning or unwinding at night.
GGuest UserThe hotel is easy to get to from the airport and city centre via public transport. Nothing too fancy in this neighbourhood but it felt safe. There's a supermarket next door for your daily supply. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. Overall good value for a few days city break.
GGuest UserOverall very pleasant experience. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Basics like hand wash, shower gel were provided. Location was excellent being beside the bus and train station - meaning easy access to Vienna City centre as well as routes to other countries. Only downside was the slight noise from outside of either bins banging and clashing and the odd train passing by, but expected when booking. Even without air con the room remained at a regulated temperature during our stay in March. The only major draw back is the check in check out service, it needs to be made slightly clearer as to how the process works. Upon arrival I was not aware I had to download the Hotelbird app to check in, so on a Saturday and Sunday when no one is available at the desk we had to wait for someone already staying in the hotel to let us in. From there it’s fairly easy you check in on the iPads and collect your room key. Finally, the smartments complex doesn’t allow you to leave your luggage with them, that’s the only draw back to the amenities provided. Now knowing how the check in service works I would definitely stay here again.
SsoysamGreat location, right opposite the train station, with a metro station nearby and convenient airport shuttle access. However, the overall establishment is old and run-down, with peeling paint and simple decor. There's no Wi-Fi signal in the room, nor a fridge – just a safe. It's actually worse than a Hanting Hotel. When I asked to switch to a room with Wi-Fi, the front desk refused, so I had to use the internet in the lobby. I'm genuinely surprised this is part of the InterContinental Group.
FFEIBecause I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.
XXinglinccOn a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!
GGuest UserFirst of all I had a trouble with the self checking and Adam was so nicely helped me. I appreciate his kindness a lot. Secondly we booked the room for 4 person and when we entered to the room it was not so clean an there was not complete covers for the bed and Blankers, pillows so 2 of us was not able to sleep at all. It was nearly in the morning when we arrived so every time when i called them Adam was reachable and he asked us to change the room which was too much fo us so we stayed in the room. It was our choice cause we had early morning meeting so it was ok to prepare and just leave.
The check out process was too quick the cleaning group came 10 minutes before and it was ok for us to leave directly.
Dear Adam, thank you so much for your kindness and for the hotel management I would say to pay attention to your cleaning group.
LLeonardo Sant AnnaWell-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
