"I stayed in Vienna for 3 nights and booked a hotel right by the station, so the location was excellent and very convenient. I even managed a day trip to Budapest and Prague, starting early in the morning, which was comfortable! The hotel is very clean and has a water dispenser. I personally loved having laundry facilities... However, there was no air conditioning in the room, and since the temperature was over 30 degrees during my stay, it was too hot to sleep. They really should install AC. It was much cooler outside. Also, the check-in process, as many reviews mentioned, was quite complicated. I think they should have at least one staff member dedicated to assisting guests. Everyone seemed to be struggling with it."
"The environment is great, and the rooftop bar is a nice touch. I had a very pleasant stay in Vienna. I was attending a conference at Hofburg Palace, which is about a one-kilometer walk from the hotel. The hotel is also within two kilometers of the city's core area."
"Convenient location, close to the train station, with supermarkets, restaurants, and a theme park nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was decent, but you could also open the balcony door for fresh air. Online check-in was available."
"Beautiful hotel with a modern and elegant atmosphere. The room was comfortable, although not very spacious. The reception team made a great first impression—they were very welcoming, genuinely kind, and even upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was the only disappointment. I expected a wider selection, and the breakfast area was quite busy. The staff there also didn’t feel as friendly or attentive as the reception team. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again."
"Great value in a perfect location
This hostel is hard to beat for location—right next to the MuseumsQuartier and Kunsthistorisches Museum, and within walking distance of nearly all the major attractions on the Ringstraße (Vienna’s historic ring road). The subway is just a few minutes away too.
I booked a private room as a solo traveler and found it great value—clean, daily housekeeping, and all the basic amenities you’d expect. The 24-hour reception is super convenient, especially since they ask you to leave your key when you go out (so no risk of losing it).
The dorm scene looked lively, with lots of young adults traveling in groups. If you’re with friends, I can imagine this place being an absolute steal. Highly recommended for budget-conscious travelers who want to be in the heart of Vienna."
"The hotel room is spacious, well-equipped, clean, and meets a 4-star standard. We were given a courtyard-facing room, which was very quiet as it wasn't facing the street. The breakfast is excellent, and they even serve champagne on Sunday mornings. The hotel is only two intercity train stops from the Central Station, and it's just a few hundred meters walk from the train station. Nearby, there's a Lidl supermarket and many restaurants. Tram line 71 stops right outside the hotel; taking it to the left will take you to many city attractions. Turning left outside the hotel also leads directly to the entrance of the Belvedere Palace, which is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to independent travelers!"
"The hotel rooms are in dire need of renovation. The rooms are outdated and worn. Upon arrival, we even found a sock from a previous guest under the bed.
Outdoor sockets are used for outlets indoors. There was only one power outlet on one side of the bed.
In the bathroom, the renovation coating on the bathtub is peeling, there's mold on the edges, and the shower head is a maximum of 1.65 meters high.
A positive point is the well-functioning air conditioning.
The breakfast is good, as long as you're not lactose intolerant or need gluten-free options.
There were three preparations of eggs, sausages, mushrooms, and bacon, all served warm. Also, of course, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, muesli, jam, Nutella, and fresh fruit.
Unfortunately, the Kaiser rolls were too hard and dry every day, but the croissants, on the other hand, were good."
"This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location, cleanliness, and breakfast are all excellent. Most major attractions are within a kilometer's walk. My only gripe is that I booked it much earlier this time, and the price ended up being a third less if I had booked later – that stings a bit!"
"This is a rather unusual hotel. The upper floors seem to be a youth hostel. The pros are its excellent location, very close to the subway, and well-equipped facilities like a restaurant, luggage storage, and a coffee area with vending machines. The staff were all very good.
However, there's one downside: my double room was on the first floor, not far from the lobby bar. It wasn't noisy when I went to bed, but at 3 or 5 AM, I was woken up by a group of people in the lobby bar. Then I heard someone shushing them, seemingly telling them to be quiet, but I was already awake.
The room was very large and tall, definitely cool in the summer. The bathroom was especially spacious.
When I arrived, a bunch of young people were smoking around the check-in entrance – smoking at the entrance/exit is really not acceptable."
"The hotel is very well located, in a convenient area close to the main attractions. The rooms are fine and quiet. One thing to keep in mind is that the reception is located in a different area from the rooms."

Great
AAngelinaPGThat was a great experience to stay in Hilton in Vienna. I would like to thank manager Sterre at the reception, she was kind to me and explained some routes in the centre for me very well. I had a nice view from my room, comfortable bed and good hairdryer, that was important for me. The location is great, close to main streets by feet. I recommend to stay here 👍🏻
AAnonymous UserI've stayed at this hotel many times, but this visit wasn't smooth. I arrived at 11:30 PM, and even though there were only two people ahead of me, it took almost an hour to check in. The check-in process was incredibly cumbersome and inefficient. After finally getting to my room, I found there was no electricity. The front desk said the hotel was full, which led to another wait. I finally got a new room and settled in by 1:30 AM. This whole ordeal significantly lowered my opinion of the place. The location and value for money are what I value most about this hotel, but the front desk service and efficiency definitely need improvement. Also, I noticed that the kitchenette used to be well-stocked with cookware and utensils like pots and bowls, but now there are very few. If you want more, you have to pay 25 Euros to rent additional kitchenware.
YYukiLily(*´∀`*)The hotel's location is excellent! There's a bridge nearby that leads directly to the city center, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Black Death Tower, making it very convenient for getting around.
The service and facilities are genuinely great. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the staff were very polite, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The facilities are quite comprehensive; there's a steamer for ironing clothes, and the room has a fridge stocked with still water, sparkling water, and other drinks, which are replenished during room cleaning – a thoughtful touch. Slippers are also provided, and the bathroom amenities are well-stocked.
The room size is just right. There's enough space to open a suitcase and still have room to sit and relax without feeling cramped.
A nice bonus is the JBL alarm clock in the room, which can connect via Bluetooth to play music. It's perfect for listening to music when waking up in the morning or unwinding at night.
PpipimiThe listing said there was a bathtub, but my room didn't have one. The room photos also showed rooms with only a shower, so it might be that rooms are assigned randomly. If you really want a bathtub, it's probably a good idea to note it in the special requests section. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and it had a fridge. There are also lots of supermarkets nearby, which was a plus.
AAnonymous UserStayed at this place for an exhibition at the ACV. Rooms are pretty compact and just enough. Maybe it's already a great price for accommodation in Vienna🤔. It's close to the U bahn station for hbf, so you may take an early morning walk at Stephansplatz. Breakfast is alright, only wish there is air con in the room.
FFEIBecause I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very centrally located in Vienna. The atmosphere and the staff are perfect. I would especially like to mention these very nice and friendly employees:
Mrs. Viktoria
Mr. Fabian
Mr. Alexej
Mr. Leon
Mr. Tobi.
Thank you very much and we'll be back next time!
Best wishes from Leipzig

GGuest UserThe room was clean and quite spacious. Tram No. 25 is right outside the hotel, making public transport very convenient. There's also a Billa supermarket and McDonald's nearby, which makes dining options very accessible.
UU38066Good design concept, with very well located apart next to the metro and trams, also with walking distance to HBF.
Superclean!
Good staff for cooking.
The big inconvenience has been that there is only one auto check-in machine and it didn't work at 14:00 when everyone was there to try to allocate. The on-line check-in works but doesn't provides any QR thoufh their text claims so (all the ten persons there had the same situation). And the rooms were finally available at 14:20, only then the machine started to delivee keys.
I will be back and hope this swlf-service peoblem no longwr exists.
LLeonardo Sant AnnaWell-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
