"The location was perfect, and there was two hairdryers provided in the bathroom. We stayed in a triple room, but the beds weren’t very comfortable. Whenever one person moved, the bed shook and woke me up. However, considering the price, location, and the helpfulness of the staff, overall it was a great stay."

"We arrived quite early on a red-eye flight, and there was a charge for early check-in, which we paid. The reception staff upgraded our room to the 8th floor, which was great! The room was very spacious. The bed was a bit too soft and the pillows too high, but it was clean. The hotel has a pool, sauna, and heated pool, which was fantastic. We took our kids there in the evening to burn off some energy before bed. The location is super convenient, with a light rail nearby that goes to the main attractions, and it's only about a ten-minute walk to the city center!"

"The hotel well located at the centre of most attractions. Nearby Museum station with 300m distance roughly 10mins walk. Breakfast provided was fair but limited choices. Hotel required credit card for a 1aud authorisation or so call deposit hold but I got notification from credit card that an amount of 150+AUD was charged to my card which is unacceptable. However the front desk staff was able to assist with refund of the charged amount. Anyone who book with trip.com please always check if the hotel charge you any extra fees."

"The elevator was out of order, so I had to climb from the ground floor (G) to my room on the 5th floor (L5) every time I came back, which was quite tiring. Luckily, I didn't have much luggage. Everything else was pretty good; my roommates were quiet, I slept comfortably, and the location was very convenient. I think it was a good value for money."

"Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The room was spacious and clean. The location was simply excellent. Central Station is right nearby, and everything from restaurants to supermarkets is within easy reach. I was also able to walk to the University of Sydney and the Opera House. It was reassuring to have Japanese-speaking staff available."

"The room facilities were on par with a basic guesthouse in China. The hotel itself is quite large, with dozens of rooms on each floor, and the furnishings and design are similar to budget hotels in China. Before coming, I was really worried about hygiene because of many negative reviews online, but once I arrived, I found that they clean the rooms daily. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and effectively helped us solve our issues. I was also worried about noise due to poor soundproofing, but we actually stayed for 7 nights and it was very quiet the whole time. Even though the hotel is next to Thai Town and near Chinatown, it wasn't noisy at all. The internet, however, was really bad. You could only get a smooth connection in the common areas! The best spot for internet in the room was the toilet! I hope the hotel can improve this, otherwise, it's a real deterrent for guests!"

"Staying at Ascott again, there was a mix-up with the room number during check-in, but the front desk quickly resolved the issue and offered complimentary breakfast as compensation. The breakfast quality is excellent and quite refined. They had smoked salmon, cold cuts, various breads, vegetables, coffee, juice, milk, and fruits, as well as eggs Benedict. This time, I was in a different room, and the shower water flow was excellent, with good hot and cold temperature control. This is more in line with the Ascott brand I'm familiar with. Perhaps room 1219 has some facility issues that hopefully will be improved soon."

"Facilities: A huge plus! It has a stove, microwave, oven, full-sized fridge, and a dishwasher! All the pots and pans are there too! You just need to head to the supermarket for meat and seasonings. Cleanliness: Decent. We took out our own trash. Environment: The location is fantastic! It's near Chinatown, and a Coles supermarket is right across the street. Even better, there's an Asian supermarket on the floor below Coles! You can find any meat and vegetables you could possibly want! I highly recommend the steak from Coles that comes with a small pat of butter! No need for extra seasoning, it's super convenient! It cooks up just like a restaurant steak!! However, the balcony in this room doesn't have soundproof glass, so it can be noisy at night, but once you're asleep, it's fine. Service: Not much service. The email stated there wouldn't be cleaning. We had to go downstairs ourselves to ask for fresh towels. We also took out our own trash. Overall, it's still pretty good and suitable for large families traveling together. Cooking your own meals is a great option! Downstairs, there are three Malatang places: Yang Guo Fu, Zhang Liang, and one more! You'll never go hungry. Grab a takeaway Malatang, then head to the supermarket to buy more vegetables, meat, noodles, and tofu to add to it – you can go crazy with the toppings! Of course, we've also thoroughly enjoyed Sydney's local restaurants, steaks, and kangaroo meat! Western food is also delicious! Steaks, fries, pork ribs, and fish and chips! All good! Especially the pork ribs! They're perfect for kids!"

"I had a really enjoyable stay at Adge Hotel & Residence. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed, which made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the coffee shop in the lobby. It offers a great selection of breakfast options at very reasonable prices, and the service there was just as friendly and efficient. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well located. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
