Hotels near Antas Waterfall, Pocos de Caldas

The hotel is very clean and organised, staff are very friendly and educated, the team is generally very requested and people work with very good will. The breakfast is very tired, it has a variety of food and drinks. The only negative point in my opinion is the parking that is paid the share, which has been charged $40 per day of the car parked. I found the value very expensive since even in hotels that do not have own parking, they have partnership with some parking network that leaves the cheaper cost per client.

Wonderful hotel!!!! Food and drinks could extend until later!!! Some tbm activities!!! The 22:00 is closed and we see “sweet sweets”... we don't have drinks, food or activities, but we are la a curtir until a little later and we don't want to sleep... be suggested!!!

The rest of the world is a good one for my 13-year-old son. Maîtrise Vavá and his team are very careful and proactive... staff at the bar... tds MT good... special: Sara, Gustavo, Samuel, Isabel. Gabriel discovery of Vavá... a kindness and joy nothing... we will miss.

The staff's care is good, they are all educated and friendly. The room with a small fan is swept. The bathroom on the day we arrived had hair inside the box. We stayed 2 days and the room was not cleaned up at the hotel. The breakfast is raw, one of the daily we go down, was missing more than half an hour to close the timetable and had almost nothing more, milk, coffee, cheese, juice ... had already finished everything. And when they asked if they were to rest, they said no, because it was over, and there was still enough guest to drink coffee.

The staff were very excited and educated.The hotel has no modern facilities, and is free of air conditioning and a small bathroom. Breakfast is very simple, without many options. And the parking is difficult to park, with few vagues.
