O estacionamento é ótimo e uma dica é utilizar o mesmo local referente ao prédio comercial para os viajantes com embarque no Porto de Santos. Tem fácil acesso ao Porto e estacionamento seguro e com ótimo preço . A região é segura e agradável. Fica próximo ao shopping e ao restaurante Outback . Retornaremos com certeza !

Tirando um barulho muuuito forte hoje as 6 hs da manhã, a qual, reclamei na recepção, adoramos nossa estada!!!

I was expecting a little more for the price range. The bed clothes were sweaty or dirty and there were hair in the hair. The breakfast is good, but some items are of very low quality. Cheeses as Prato and mucarela were not cheeses, but processed. It is the first hotel I see serve processed as if it were cheese. Not even in very cheap hotels you see that.

The rooms are too small and very inconvenient. It's like a high school. It's a three-person room, and the extra meteorite is very small with a wall hanger. The room is small and you can't walk around. But the service response is great.

Os quartos bem limpinhos, com limpeza, arrumação e troca de toalhas todos os dias, café da manhã muito bom e com bastantes variedades, o bom tb que o restaurante tem almoço e janta num preço justo, no geral nossa estadia foi excelente os funcionários bem atenciosos e prestativos.
