The hotel is excellent, very good service. Breakfast is sensational as well as the hotel restaurant.

We had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

Booking and check-in were smooth, the price was slightly higher, the health was satisfactory, the front desk did not speak English, but basically did not need to communicate, it was all those processes. A very well placed hotel, and police most of the day and evening. A small bemol for noise inside the hotel with staff who does not make a effort to be discreet when checking in the new guests, has all hours of the night ... Prima Lage. Gegenüber das Restaurant Touro Loco= 1A - lohnt sich ein Besuch. Frühstucksservice im Hotel sehr gute und große Auswahl....Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Viel Obst. Riesiger Pool. Gepflegte große Gartenanlage. Parken diret und gratis vor dem Hotel. W-Lan einwandfrei.

Hey, this hotel belongs to the feeling of ”homestay” in the old city. Don't expect the comfort level. The biggest advantage is that you are in the most beautiful building, and you can take pictures when you come out. The service attitude is also good, but I can't stand 1. Bath water, 2. Cleaning, I couldn’t bear both of these, so I tried early check out but was rejected, more than 2000 non-refundable, I moved to fasano hotel But I didn't eat these two, I still think the hotel location in the old town is very good, But pay attention, to carry luggage up, very narrow ladder, if you take a taxi, the location is also very narrow, but after all, is it the old town? There is no way to take a bath water. It is an electric head. The water is small. It is not hot and cold. This is really no way. O hotel definitivamente precisa de uma boa reforma mas sei que já está planejada. Por enquanto os apartamentos não podem ser chamados ”de luxo” e os preços deveriam ser mais baixos. Móveis de baixa qualidade bastante estragados. Funcionários da recepção simpáticos e profissionais.

Tolle Strandlage. Gut geführtes Hotel. Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern” Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt. W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

I enjoyed my stay but I had to change rooms because I had asked for a double bed and they put me in a room with single beds. There was also a door in the room (locked) that gave access to another room where you could hear everything other guests were talking about. There were no towels in the room and the shower wasn't getting hot. Breakfast is nice and the receptionist asks for it.

The period of our stay was good, great location and close to the place where our activities would take place. Just one issue related to the reservation, which was made in the Hotel system differently than requested, and one issue with cleaning/installation, which was resolved by changing the room.
