Hotels near Independence Monument, Sao Paulo

"O problema maior foi na relação da Trip.com e o Hotel. Não constava como paga a reserva e tive que ser mais firme com a pessoa que me atendeu (que se mostrou atenciosa e preocupada, mas, ao mesmo tempo, com dificuldades em mediar a situação interna). Vocês precisam melhorar isso! No que diz respeito ao quarto, me deram um apartamento para PNE que possuía um chão mais gasto e estruturas mais marcadas por uso. Não gostei muito."

"A localização é muito privilegiada, tendo a proximidade de uma estação do Metrô (Pedro II) e inserida na região central. A infraestrutura é muito boa. Acima da média. Contudo encontrei dois problemas críticos: há uma falha no isolamento acústico (muito barulho externo) e no dimensionamento do banheiro (box é minusculo)."

If Sao Paulo is your first stop in Brazil and you are planning a trip around the country, then you should choose this hotel. The bus terminal is 15 minutes away by car. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel, as well as bars and night clubs. An ancient church is 5 minutes walk away, worth seeing. Breakfast at the hotel is very good, they cook deliciously and a lot."

However, they will not tell you unless you ask them on What’sApp. I did not do it because I was staying for 2 days. - If you leave the shower running for more than 10 minutes, hot water will come out. Wait until it is hot. ・I was given a pot for kitchen utensils. I didn't have anything else. I was also able to borrow a hair dryer. ・It is expected that there will be many problems. Shower, kitchen, etc. By the way, even though I was given the key (the number), the door never opened... (´∀｀) When I wanted the door to my room to be opened, I had to message them on WhatsApp from in front of the room, which was a hassle. Still, the room was perfect, and I would recommend it for the price and location (convenient and seems safe). As for the problems, I thought so...! Don't think of it as bad luck (because everyone seems to think the same when they review it), but just accept that the price includes that."
