There is nothing in the room, but you shouldn't expect such a luxurious room for this price. There is a public toilet and bathroom on each floor, which are quite clean. You need a room card to enter the dormitory building and the elevator, and the management seems to be good. It is located inside the University of Toronto, and there is a bus stop next to it, so the transportation is quite convenient. It is suitable for budget travel.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible hospitality Jason showed me during my stay. This wasn’t just a place to sleep; it was a place where I felt genuinely cared for. Jason went above and beyond in every way possible. He was kind enough to store my luggage for ten days and even allowed me an early check-in on the morning I arrived. When my flight schedule changed and I had to cancel one night, he was incredibly understanding and helped me through the process—even letting me check out late so I could head straight to the airport. The facilities were top-notch: a steady supply of ramen available anytime, an excellent washer and dryer with free detergent provided—small details that made a huge difference for a traveler. The highlight of my trip was staying in the room next to Jason. He treated me like a dear friend, inviting me to share meals every time he cooked and even treating me to fine Chinese liquor. We shared so many great conversations. I hope future guests understand that such kindness is a reflection of Jason’s wonderful character, not something to be taken for granted. I am writing this in hopes that people who will cherish this place and appreciate his warmth as much as I did will find their way here. “Thank you, Jason, for being the best host I’ve ever met.“

The stay in Canopy was good overall - The hotel was quiet and clean. The wifi was good. Also, close to a metro station of Sherbourne. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and prompt to address the requirement I need. Our room type was ”two queen beds room”, it's adequate in size with a clean and bright, minimalist swedish design that i found quite appealing. i must admit i was a little disappointed by the lack of any view - just the windows of the neighboring apartment building. My favorite amenities were the drawer refrigerator, which was big enough for putting the stuffs what we bought but of course there are your standard amenities too - espresso maker, electric tea kettle. I should also mention that there's a glass bottle available for water that you need to fetch out in the lobby of the floor, where the water dispenser is. It's no inconvenience at all but it's environmentally friendly.

Toronto is a beautiful city, I would visit again, but probably would choose another hotel. The location is wonderful, within walking distance to many places like Kensington market, Chinatown, and Harborfront. Our room looked out onto the Toronto sign in Nathan Phillips square, Eaton Centre shopping mall is less than a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is not conventional, it is a student dorm for University of Toronto students, you are staying in a college dorm room. The room is spacious but the amenities are old, basic and outdated. Parking is not included, underground parking garages are available around the hotel for about 26 CAD/day. Breakfast is self-serve in the cafeteria, it’s good enough to fill you up but the food is nothing special.

I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of the year (New Year’s trip) and spent a total of 4 very comfortable nights. Overall, it was an amazing and pleasant stay. The location was perfect, and the amenities and facilities were excellent. The room and common areas were clean, well-equipped, and provided a very relaxing atmosphere. I honestly had no complaints about comfort or convenience during my stay. However, one thing I hope will be improved in the future is that the check-in instruction email did not arrive at the scheduled time, and I hadn’t received it even when the check-in time came. A smoother communication process would make the experience even better and more reassuring for guests. That said, this trip turned out to be wonderful and extremely comfortable, thanks to the great environment the hotel provided. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I had a very comfortable stay at Town Inn Suites Hotel, located at 620 Church Street. The location is fantastic — right by Yonge-Bloor and steps from Church and Wellesley, the heart of Toronto’s vibrant Pride neighbourhood. It’s a lively area with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and easy subway access, making it a great base for exploring the city. The suites are very generously sized, which really stood out. They feel more like full apartments than typical hotel rooms and are fully equipped with everything you’d need for either a short or extended stay. They also recently renovated the apartments to make them a bit more modern and fresh. This makes it especially great for families who want space to spread out and feel comfortable rather than confined to a standard hotel room. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A couple of small notes: the driveway is a bit narrow, so it can be tricky navigating in and out, particularly if cars are stalled or waiting at the entrance. Also, while each unit appears to have a balcony, there is no access to them — likely for safety reasons. There is a gym in the building, but I was told it is reserved for residents only and not available to hotel guests. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a spacious, well-located stay in downtown Toronto with a welcoming atmosphere.

Amazing
GGuest UserBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

GGuest UserThe hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

GGuest UserThis stay was a fantastic experience overall, and it's definitely a place I'd love to stay again 👍 Pros: * The room quality was excellent – clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. * The parking lot was convenient, which is great for those traveling by car. * The location in the city center was very convenient for getting around and accessing nearby amenities. * The front desk staff were enthusiastic and genuinely provided great service. Things to note: * The front desk service was a bit slow, so you might need to allow extra time for check-in and check-out ⏳ Summary: Overall, it was a superb experience. The facilities and location are definite প্লাস points. If you don't mind the slightly slower pace at the front desk, this would be a highly recommended place to stay.

LLaisipaermeiduokexuhuangThe breakfast alone and the luggage storage service made this stay worthwhile, effectively making the accommodation and showers free. Plus, you can use the kitchen and other facilities. Overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended. To get to Niagara Falls, you can take Flixbus. Once you reach the final stop, hop on the WEGO bus to Niagara Falls. The ride to the falls itself is free. It's about a 3km walk if you prefer. TTati11I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

GGuest UserFirst of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The views from both the bedroom and the living room were excellent, and the space was large enough for a group of friends to relax, especially with the poker and foosball tables. The location is also great, right in downtown. However, the shower amenities could be improved, particularly the shampoo and body wash, and the toothpaste looked quite messy (fortunately I brought my own). The soundproofing is also not ideal, as I could hear the couple in the next room talking, and I felt a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom and blow‑drying my hair after coming back late from a concert. The check‑in time is quite rigid at 4 p.m., although they do allow you to delay check‑in until 7:30 p.m. I was initially confused because I waited for over 10 minutes at the original building (before the upgrade) and wasn’t sure if the receptionist would come to pick me up. Once we met, though, the receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained the amenities and check‑out procedures. Overall, despite the strict rules and minor issues, I really liked the room and had a happy stay.
