The location was strategical to say the least. Wherever you’re lean to go, I believed that I was at the epicentre of everything I wanted to go to. 🏬 I was greeted by Mattia who assisted me with all my questions with the most friendly and helpful answers I could get, including the check in. ✅ As a fist timer in Lugano he suggested me where to go for my short time stay, really appreciated! 👍 The room itself was nice and tidy, got a fifth floor level you get a nice view to mount Bré, at sunrise it’s an outstanding panorama to say the least!🗻 Amenity wise you have all what you can get and more! I mean an Iron board at your closet and a dishwasher, that’s a first! 😄 Breakfast wise could have more choices but the “cornetti” made me forget all about it!🥐 An experience worth to repeat, recommendable for single travelers! 😉

Excellent central location with beautiful views of the lake and river. Close to decent traditional pubs and restaurants. Would definately recommend the Tap Bar (Hanger 32) - a self service bar - for both beer and food. We had to ask to change rooms as the original room had a strange smell and scaffolding outside where renovations were being done and builders were walking. New room was much better. There were no amenities in the room such as tea or coffee and no option to get one from reception apart from some hot water. Breakfast was tasty and filling.

This hotel is in a small border town, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. However, due to ongoing construction at the station, many trains are experiencing significant delays and skipping stops. For example, trains to Milan are bypassing this station, meaning you have to wait for the next one, which can be quite inconvenient and disrupt your travel plans. Travelers heading to other parts of Italy might want to consider this. There's also a cable car station nearby for mountain access.

It is a very new boutique hotel located in the old town, and it is very convenient to walk around. After getting off the train, you can take their tram directly on the -1 floor (a public transportation train runs every 5 minutes, and the first stop is about 2 minutes away and it is on the right). After checking in, the hotel will send you an email allowing you to use all public transportation in Lugano for free. The room is not very big, but it is very cozy in design, and the small details are well arranged, such as the choice of pillows (which is really great), multi-national chargers that do not require converters, etc. The mini bar in the room is also completely free, and the bathroom supplies are all organic (toilet, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner). But what's a pity is the breakfast. The selection is okay, but there are too few hot foods and they are not hot. At the same time, the taste is really ordinary (although the breakfast area is the same as the Michelin restaurant, it is really not as expected). The hotel staff are very nice! It deserves great praise! Also, because I didn't want to go out, I decided to have dinner at Flame, recommended by Michelin, downstairs. The overall product was really good and worth experiencing, especially the ingredients. I could tell that the ingredients were very good, but the taste was a little salty. Guests staying in the hotel enjoy an additional 10% discount.

Very good, beyond expectations, the location is particularly good, opposite the pier by boat, the facilities in the room are updated and maintained, not old, the balcony is small but the view is very good, the only problem is that the shower is small

The lake view is fantastic. Sitting on the balcony watching the lake is enjoyable. Worth visiting.

We were given a very warm welcome by Francesca. She is an excellent asset for this hotel. She was very informative and interesting to talk to.  The hotel pool was great. Thank you Breakfast was excellent. The best we have had in a hotel for a while. A wide range of food.

Upon check in the receptionist was helpful and told us to park the car for free for 1 night.

The rooms are very nice and the environment is beautiful. Sitting on the balcony of the room, listening to birds, drinking a little wine, and admiring the lights of Lugano Lake and the mountain homes on the opposite side, it is really a treat. The room is equipped with an electric kettle, shampoo, and shower gel. You need to bring your own dental appliances and slippers.

Overall ok for this price in the area. just 2 mins walk from the lake and a coop. Lovely to have a kitchen.
