Hilton never disappoints, always a reliable choice when traveling. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and breakfast was abundant. Auntie Liu Yang at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, always ready to assist. She patiently brought us slippers, mineral water, and coffee whenever we asked.

I chose Atour for this business trip, and as soon as I walked in, I was immediately struck by how comfortable it was – I just had to rave about it! 🥰 Right after I entered, the front desk attendant offered me a warm towel and flower tea. That tired feeling from traveling in the heat just vanished. Check-in was super fast, and she even proactively asked if I wanted a quiet room on a higher floor. The attention to detail was truly thoughtful. When I opened the door to my room, I was amazed. The room was sparkling clean, the carpet had no strange odors, the desk was spotless, and even the bathroom glass was crystal clear. The bedding was just the right firmness, and there were even pillows of different heights to choose from. As someone who usually has trouble sleeping in new places, I actually fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow and slept soundly until morning – it was so restorative! The breakfast selection also exceeded my expectations. The freshly made wonton noodles were fragrant, even the multigrain porridge was perfectly soft and sticky, and the fruit was fresh and neatly cut. After eating, I felt completely refreshed. When I checked out, they even gave me free bottled water, saying it was for my journey. That feeling of effortless yet thoughtful care everywhere truly wins you over. From now on, Atour is my go-to for business trips and vacations – I'll definitely be back! 👏

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I booked 2 nights on Trip.com and extended for one more night at the reception. My mum and I chose a room with a double bed. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Anytime we needed fresh towels or to have the trash taken out, the staff took care of it very quickly. The breakfasts in the cafeteria were delicious and offered a good variety. Next time I need to stay at a hotel in Hangzhou, I will definitely choose this one.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the subway station. The breakfast is delicious and offers a good variety. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for business travelers. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. I always stay here when I'm on a business trip.

What an awesome hotel very conveniently located near the train station absolutely superb service from the front desk stuff immaculate clean rooms outstanding views and a very comfortable shower bathroom and mattress. I must emphasise that the rooms were absolutely clean and the breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. I would definite book here again. 

An amazing experience! We stayed in the Panda Family Room with our parents and child. It had a tent, a pool table, and Tic-Tac-Toe, which our little one absolutely loved and played almost every day. The room was incredibly well-equipped with kitchenware, cutlery, a fridge, and even a washer and dryer. So perfect for families with kids!

The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's relatively quiet without being desolate, and there aren't too many tourists around, which makes for a pleasant environment. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing disinfectant laundry detergent for underwear. The gym is larger and has more equipment than most hotels in the same price range. The breakfast selection is limited, but they do offer skim milk. The rooms have wooden floors, which is great for people with allergies or rhinitis, and I noticed the windows were open for ventilation when I checked in, so there was no strange odor. The only downside was that the bedding had a slight down-like smell, and the pillows were uncomfortable – too soft and lacking support.

The king room was incredibly comfortable, and the projector added a fantastic ambiance for movies. The king room I stayed in was very spacious, with clean and soft bedding. The mattress was just right – not too hard, not too soft – allowing me to relax completely as soon as I lay down, leading to excellent sleep quality. The room didn't have unnecessary smart furniture; the layout was simple, elegant, clean, and odor-free. The biggest surprise was the built-in projector with a VIP membership. Watching shows and movies from bed at night felt like a private cinema, with a clear picture and good sound. The housekeeping was exceptionally thorough; even the corners were spotless. The toiletries were comprehensive, making for a worry-free and comfortable stay. The value for money was absolutely top-notch.

Nice tidy room. Clean bathroom. Room is of good size but not big. Good cosy and clean lobby. Nice area near to canals and parks there is a Luckin coffee shop at the building front. . 5 to 10 mins walk to restaurants and shops areas. 15 mins walk to metro station and very big shop malls and financial office areas. The new financial areas above the subway station are very modern and beautiful with many nice and reasonably priced restaurants in the malls. Front desk staffs are friendly, cheerful, polite and helpful. The cleaning ladies and mechanics (helped to set my TV) are polite and helpful.

Details control ecstasy! The lighting and air conditioning temperature in the room were just adjusted, and even the hair dryer was very windy and it was super convenient to blow the hair. The front desk also took the initiative to give suggestions for surrounding play, helping us avoid a lot of pits, and living was particularly worry-free. This kind of hotel that serves with heart is really worth recommending!
