The weather's gotten hot recently, and there was no AC in the room. We tried adjusting it for a long time, but it kept blowing hot air, making the room hotter and hotter. I couldn't sleep in the latter half of the night because of the heat. In the morning, I called the front desk to report it, and they sent up what they called a 'small AC unit.' It blew right at the head of the bed, which wasn't super comfortable, but it did make the room less hot. When checking out in the afternoon, I mentioned it to the front desk again. They apologized sincerely and even gave us a small gift. We were understanding of the situation. Front desk staff member Xiao Wang was particularly thoughtful, apologizing multiple times and providing patient and thorough service, which we appreciated. We hope the hotel pays more attention to room temperatures during seasonal changes.

Excellent! I felt right at home. The breakfast was also quite delicious, with Hangzhou specialties like Pian'er Chuan noodles. Most importantly, the front desk staff and breakfast service personnel who assisted me were all incredibly kind! Big thumbs up to them!!! They even knew I was there for an interview and told me that the interview was the most important thing, which was very considerate and made me feel welcome!!

What an awesome hotel very conveniently located near the train station absolutely superb service from the front desk stuff immaculate clean rooms outstanding views and a very comfortable shower bathroom and mattress. I must emphasise that the rooms were absolutely clean and the breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. I would definite book here again.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I booked 2 nights on Trip.com and extended for one more night at the reception. My mum and I chose a room with a double bed. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious.
Anytime we needed fresh towels or to have the trash taken out, the staff took care of it very quickly. The breakfasts in the cafeteria were delicious and offered a good variety.
Next time I need to stay at a hotel in Hangzhou, I will definitely choose this one.

The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's relatively quiet without being desolate, and there aren't too many tourists around, which makes for a pleasant environment. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing disinfectant laundry detergent for underwear. The gym is larger and has more equipment than most hotels in the same price range. The breakfast selection is limited, but they do offer skim milk. The rooms have wooden floors, which is great for people with allergies or rhinitis, and I noticed the windows were open for ventilation when I checked in, so there was no strange odor. The only downside was that the bedding had a slight down-like smell, and the pillows were uncomfortable – too soft and lacking support.

The room was very quiet, but the air conditioning didn't cool down quickly enough. The hotel facilities were quite old. The two deer heads facing the bed were a bit scary, and there was a woman with long hair on the bed... But other than that, the hotel wasn't too shabby.

The hotel location was really good for us. our kids visit their friends for the pajama party they stayed at their friends home and we booked the hotel nearby. The hotel design furniture was really good. Very clean and big room.The bed was very comfortable and big. The only problem was that for this level hotel it’s not acceptable to not have robe towels. When i was booking i checked the room photos and there were robe towels in the photos. later when we checked in, it was no robe towels.
It was too late to ask them to bring it at night, next morning i asked reception how it possible, they said sorry we can send it yo your room now, i said it’s too late we where her only for 1 night)))
The breakfast was yummy, some Chinese style some international style mixed kitchen. but everything was yummy.

The accommodation experience was beyond imagination. Every detail of the hotel was perfect. The elegant lobby, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and considerate service were all satisfactory. It is especially worth mentioning that the hotel has an excellent location, convenient transportation and abundant surrounding facilities, which adds a lot of convenience to the trip. GGuest UserThe hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic and very satisfying. Our room was cozy and comfortable. My only minor suggestion would be to upgrade the pillow selection, perhaps adding memory foam pillows. The hotel isn't super close to attractions, but taxis are readily available right outside the entrance, making it very convenient. Plus, there's a huge variety of takeout options from the surrounding in77 mall – you'll be spoiled for choice!

GGuest UserMy expectations were fully met, and the hotel lived up to the hype. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular.
The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite.
The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent.
Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic.

The hotel is located only 3 bus stop away from Xihu (西湖）West lake，very good location not far from shopping street as well.
Cozy lobby with very friendly receptionist who even guide us to set up Alipay and how use Alipay to pay for the bus fare to West lake. Our room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The overall stay is a happy and welcoming. We will definitely recommend our family and friends to book this hotel if they are travelling to Hangzhou.

AAnonymous UserOverall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved.
The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore.
The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition.
Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day.
Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit.
Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest.
Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority.
Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small.
Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable.
The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests
I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those.
Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

GGuest UserIt was 32 degrees Celsius, and as soon as I entered the room, the AC was blasting, and a faint, pleasant scent instantly made me feel at ease. The room size was perfect for one person. The balcony offered an unobstructed view of Qiandao Lake, which was fantastic. The room also had a screen door and a sofa. If it was too hot on the balcony, I could just sit on the sofa and enjoy the lake view – very thoughtful design! The body lotion smelled lovely. The only minor issue was that the duvet felt a bit damp, but that's common for rooms by the lake in this kind of weather. Still, it was clean; my skin is very sensitive, and unclean bedding usually makes me itchy, but I had no issues here. Breakfast was extensive, and eating while looking at the lake was wonderful. I'd definitely come back given the chance! The service was also excellent.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel; the rooms are spotless, and the front desk staff are wonderful.
It's also very convenient for getting around. To go to West Lake, you just need to take the subway to Xiuxi Road Station.
I really love it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

It's within walking distance of the West Lake In77 area, making it super easy to explore shops, scenic spots, and delicious food – there's so much to see and do, you won't even be able to cover it all! We arrived at 11 AM, just hoping to drop off our luggage, but to our surprise, we were able to check in immediately, and even got a room upgrade. The panoramic West Lake terrace on the tenth floor was an unexpected delight! The breakfast spread was ample and tasty too. As for downsides, there weren't quite enough power outlets, so I'd recommend bringing an extension cord, haha. Also, the sink drains a bit slowly! But honestly, these are minor issues; we'll definitely choose Xinqiao again on our next visit!

After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. The chef’s fried eggs are in place, and the noodles are better than those in restaurants outside. I couldn’t help but eat three servings. I checked out late, and when I checked out, I met the front desk lady Chen again. She brought us water and sent us to the car. I accidentally broke a glass, but she waived our compensation, which made me feel warm! Compared with other hotels in the same area, it may not be the best in the grade, and some hardware is also aging, but considering the environment, service, price and other aspects, if I come to Hangzhou Chashan to live again, I will choose Radisson Longjing Manor.
