We were visiting Xianghu Lake, and while the hotel was a bit far, since we were driving, distance wasn't a primary concern. The key factors for us were the environment, facilities, and service, and this hotel perfectly met our expectations in those areas. Specifically: First, having been open for just over a year, the facilities were new, but the renovation smell had mostly dissipated. Second, it's located in the Binjiang district by the Qiantang River, with an excellent road network, making it convenient for driving around. Third, the service was warm and welcoming; we received a complimentary room upgrade during check-in. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, and the room layout was well-designed and comfortable. The self-service coffee machine at the front desk had multiple flavors, and the underground parking lot was spacious and very convenient. All in all, it was a satisfying stay.

I chose the Grand All Seasons Hotel in Binjiang for my business trip to Hangzhou this time, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Instead, I was guided to a tea area and offered tea, making the check-in process feel very relaxed. The corridors and lounge areas were remarkably quiet, with dark flooring and soft LED strips creating a serene, understated Oriental minimalist vibe. It immediately put me at ease, a noticeable departure from the typical All Seasons style. • Breakfast Experience: I have to highlight the breakfast! The variety was much richer than any All Seasons I've stayed at before. There was a full spread of hot dishes, freshly steamed dim sum, and a selection of salads and cold cuts. They even had more Western options like salmon and cheese. The corn and pumpkin in the steamed dishes were incredibly fresh and not at all dry or hard, and the accompanying fruit was sweet and refreshing. There were also local specialty snacks. The whole experience was very enjoyable, and you could tell they put thought into sourcing quality ingredients. • Room and Service: I stayed on a high floor, offering expansive views. The soundproofing in the room was surprisingly excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway at night. The gray bedding looked very sophisticated and felt incredibly soft! I managed to get a truly restful sleep despite being on a business trip. The service was also very thoughtful, without being intrusive. When I needed assistance, responses were prompt. Overall, it felt comfortable and effortless.

The hotel is in a great location and the front desk staff are very polite. However, when I checked into the room, I opened the sink faucet and found a lot of rust, which affected my stay. Later, the front desk staff helped me change the room.

I'm a frequent guest at Atour hotels, and this was my first time trying their S-series. As always, the hotel's environment was excellent, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk is located on the 38th floor, offering stunning views of the Qiantang River. Even the breakfast restaurant has river-facing seats. The location is also incredibly convenient; both Hangzhou Station and Hangzhou East Station are directly accessible by subway. This time, I was on a tight schedule for a concert trip and didn't get a chance to visit Lingyin Temple or West Lake, but the Big Lotus (Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center) and Zhejiang Provincial Museum are also directly accessible without any transfers.

My stay at the Novotel Binjiang Hotel was fantastic! The location is excellent, making transportation very convenient. The hotel environment is clean and elegant, with a simple yet sophisticated lobby. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, with soft, skin-friendly bedding, complete and well-equipped facilities, and meticulous attention to hygiene. The staff are warm, attentive, and responsive, and the breakfast selection is plentiful. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the stay was excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

On our last day, it rained heavily, so I stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the view. Environment: The entire floor was carpeted, making it quiet and undisturbed, though it was a bit inconvenient to lug suitcases. The subway entrance is just 100 meters away, so it was very convenient! Facilities: There was only one robot delivery service, so you had to wait during peak hours. There was a self-service laundry room with dryer service, but the detergent wasn't very effective. There was a refrigerator for storage, but no microwave. Service: I requested a room at the front desk, but they didn't show up, so I had to ask them to change it. My first impression wasn't great. The room was still messy on our first day, and the trash hadn't been picked up. I called them, but they didn't come until three hours later. Everything else was fine, and the service was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend it.

This hotel is in a good location and has convenient transportation and rich surrounding facilities. The rooms are clean and tidy, well equipped and well maintained. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, the stay experience is comfortable, and the price is quite high. It is recommended.

I don’t understand how this hotel has such a high rating 😅 photos of rooms are misleading: look spacious but in reality… it’s like a box💀 I can touch the ceiling and I’m not even that tall! I am claustrophobic, so this room did make me feel like I was suffocating 🥵 walls are paper-thin: you can hear everything happening in the hallway and in the neighboring rooms. The most unpleasant part is the bathroom: whenever someone in the next room showers or flushes, I can hear the loud water noises through the pipes, which even wake me up at night. My room has no windows, so after a shower all the steam just stays trapped inside. The air quickly becomes stuffy and uncomfortable. The only positive thing I can mention is the location: it’s convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I initially booked for five nights but had to leave early because I genuinely felt suffocated staying here 😭😫

An incredibly satisfying stay, my wife and son loved it too! We got a free upgrade to a business deluxe king room, which was a spacious 60 square meters, and also received a complimentary breakfast and a late-night snack. The hotel is about 800-900 meters from the metro station, located within a commercial building. It was clean and tidy, and had a large bathtub that my son couldn't wait to use (the hotel provided plastic liners for hygiene). It was very quiet both during the day and at night, and the bed was soft and comfortable. After hiking Yu Huang Shan, we had a wonderful night's sleep. Around 9 PM, we went for the late-night snack. They had chive and egg dumplings, spicy duck neck (very flavorful with a good kick!), and the clam and vermicelli dish was especially delicious – my son ate four portions! There were also clay pot dishes. We ate our fill and had a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich: noodles, mini wontons, xiaolongbao, various pastries, popcorn chicken, fried dough sticks, and other fried foods. There were also coarse grains like taro, pumpkin, and sweet potato, as well as cakes. They had four stir-fried green vegetable dishes, rice noodles, cold cucumber with duck gizzard, dried shredded tofu, and fruits like bananas and oranges. For drinks, there was milk, millet porridge, black rice porridge, and more. It was a nutritious and very satisfying meal. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. They were incredibly responsive to our requests; when we asked for an extra quilt, it was delivered immediately, and they even provided sanitary pads. The hotel also has self-service washing machines, dryers, and a gym... In short, I am absolutely delighted and highly recommend it. It's definitely great value for money. Next time I'm in Hangzhou, I'll choose Kaiyuan again!
