I stayed at this hotel near Hefei South Railway Station and was pleasantly surprised. The interior feels like the designer was trying to impress their future in-laws. Stylish, fresh and neat. Special mention goes to the bathroom, not just a bathroom, but a whole tech hub with a built-in bidet. Honestly, I felt less like I was on a toilet and more like I was piloting a spaceship. đ
Everything was clean, cozy and comfortable, with a friendly staff. The only minor downside was the view from the window. But letâs be honest, when you have a bathroom like that, staring out the window doesnât really matter anymore. đ

Late check-out until 3:00 PM (subject to availability): We were traveling with our child, and our baby was asleep at the normal check-out time. Yumi and Henry were very thoughtful and helped us request a late check-out. It was so heartwarming! â¤ď¸
Facilities: We chose the family room type, with an Octonauts theme. Our baby had a great time, and the room was very cozy and comfortable. I especially loved the large bathtub; the little one absolutely adored it. The magnifying mirror was also excellent! đ The hotel's breakfast was delicious, and the laundry room was very convenient, even with a dryer â super considerate!
Upon check-in, we also received a welcome gift: hand cream and a snack pack for the baby! đ So much attention to detail. We'll definitely choose Rezen again next time!

Very convenient location at Hefei Nan train station. But due to signage limitations in the station, took me awhile to find the exact location. My room is facing the expressway but noise is not an issue. Room is very big and cozy. Only thing is the toilet has some sewage issue. But not big problem as most of the time I will be out. Another advantage is that the hotel will help to collect your parcels on your behalf. But donât order too early before your arrival.

The hotel's location is great, with many restaurants nearby, although most were closed for the New Year holiday. The front desk staff were very warm and polite. Even with many guests checking in during the holiday, they remained friendly and courteous. What needs improvement is the room's cleanliness. Upon check-in, there was a lot of dust on the bathroom mirror counter. We figured the cleaning staff might have overlooked it, so we didn't mention it, but it wasn't cleaned on the following two days either. For breakfast, I felt like two hotels were sharing one restaurant, as I saw people entering with different room cards. During the New Year, the restaurant was completely overwhelmed; eating felt like a battle. Overall, I hope the hotel focuses more on the details. I look forward to you doing even better!

Before I even checked in, my dedicated butler, Jane, proactively reached out to confirm my needs. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on my experience, and always reliable. Any issues were promptly resolved, showing her meticulous and thoughtful service. I felt completely secure and well-cared for at the hotel. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and it's super convenient for getting around and finding food. If you're coming to Hefei, The Langham is definitely the place to choose!

ĘĘyangxiaoyangÉService: Absolutely fantastic! I've never seen executive lounge staff work so hard. Our butler, Xiao Guan, was especially wonderful and catered to our every request! We had a very comfortable stay; the kids didn't even want to leave.
The hotel food was also delicious.
The location is excellent too. Swan Lake is right downstairs, and in77 shopping mall is just a block away on foot. Walk a bit further and you're at MixC shopping mall.

The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied.
The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important.
By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff.
Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

My husband and I work hard, so for our vacation, we just wanted a place with good air, excellent service, and convenient facilities where we could relax. We chose the Guanshanfang, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking green hills and a pond. When we opened the windows, the sounds of birds and insects, along with a gentle breeze, filled the room â it was incredibly soothing.

The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves three meals a day. Breakfast is complimentary, while other meals are self-paid, costing around 100+ RMB per person. The menu offers a good variety, and considering we didn't have to leave the hotel, the food quality and price were acceptable.
- Service
The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed could be delivered to our room, and they patiently answered our questions and offered guidance regarding travel advice and everyday queries. On busy weekends, things occasionally felt a bit rushed, likely because the hotel is relatively new and still finding its rhythm.
- Getting Around
For those who enjoy hiking and sightseeing, there's a mountain about 500m from the hotel suitable for trekking, with a temple at the summit. Additionally, about 10 kilometers away, you can access the Lunan Chuanzang Scenic Route for a scenic drive up to Zhaiji Mountain for some breathtaking views. My parents thoroughly enjoyed it. If you plan on exploring, driving is recommended.
- Other Amenities
The hotel features a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. They also offer sound healing and handmade sachet workshops. Even if you don't venture out, there's enough to keep you occupied and entertained for at least a day within the hotel. I hope they'll add sports facilities like a badminton court in the future, which would surely attract even more guests.
Overall, we were very happy we chose Daiaoshanju for this trip; it's definitely worth a visit.

The renovation is probably quite old, and some of the design is not very reasonable. There is no full-length mirror, and the sink does not have a trash can. Also, people will slip small cards into the room at night. The room itself is quite large.
