I went to Hefei to visit relatives and booked this hotel. The environment is very good and quiet. The waiter was very enthusiastic. Because I forgot to bring the power cord, I borrowed it from the front desk. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. She searched inside and outside for a long time and found one for me. Thank you very much. It is very close to Wanda Plaza. There are also many places to eat around. The breakfast is very rich. Take-out can be delivered to the door of the room. I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Hefei, Hefei in the future.

Convenient location and good service during my stay.

Mainly because it is very close to the place where I travel, and the room rate is not very expensive, the basic facilities are OK! Focus on economical benefits! There are also many snacks downstairs! Across the road is the new granary, which is also a good place to go shopping, drink and play!

My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hefei, Shushan, completely exceeded my expectations. I have to give it a perfect score! The lobby is clean and elegant, with a simple yet grand design. Public areas are spotless and comfortable, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious, the bedding is soft and pleasant to the touch, and the soundproofing is exceptional. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are of high quality, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious, catering to diverse tastes. A special thank you to Sunny Zhu for her thoughtful service. From check-in to handling all my inquiries, she was consistently enthusiastic, patient, professional, and efficient. She proactively reminded me of important details and promptly assisted with my needs, making me feel truly valued and respected. The hotel's overall service is well-regulated and responsive, and the staff are friendly. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The value for money is outstanding, and I felt completely comfortable and at ease during my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hefei and highly recommend it to everyone!

Services were good! Breakfast was tasty. Only not a big fan of the smokiness in our room; it was a non-smoking room but we kinda woke up due to smokey smells.

Environment: Located on two floors of an old office building, the hotel and facilities are relatively new. Some rooms on the same floor were still under renovation before the hotel opened. Service: It was quite chaotic since it had just opened. When I arrived at 2 PM, the previous guest hadn't checked in yet, and the availability information differed from what was shown on Ctrip and the hotel's system. However, the staff's attitude was still quite good. Cleanliness: Very clean. Facilities: I came specifically for the bathtub, and I was satisfied. It's a huge bathtub, very fun to use, and the bath bag they provided was also large enough.

This is an older five-star hotel, but the front desk and room service were excellent and very responsive to all requests. They even upgraded my room when I asked to switch, so the service definitely deserves high praise. The design and decor are a bit dated, but the room itself was spacious, bright, clean, well-equipped, and had a fantastic view. Overall, it was a good experience. Breakfast was standard. The hotel is right next to Swan Lake, with many shopping malls nearby. It's very easy to get a taxi from the lobby, and there's a subway station close by, making transportation quite convenient. This stay offered great value for money.

The hotel stay is superb, self-check-in is very suitable for people like me who are afraid of socializing, the design is super strong, each room has a style, the accessories are also very careful, the children and I like it very much, and the projection does not hurt the eyes. Very quiet at night, recommend everyone!

The hotel looks very beautiful, but because it was renovated for a long time, the internal facilities are a bit old and clean.
