The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the service was attentive, showcasing the professional standards of a five-star hotel. The three daily meals offered a rich variety of options and were great value for money. Although there were many diners, the food was replenished quickly. In the morning, I took the hotel shuttle to the International Trade City, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere.

I came to Yiwu to visit the trade city and compared several hotels in the area. I'm so glad I chose Cai, because staying here felt like the absolute right decision. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to phases 2 and 3 of the trade city, making it easily walkable. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby has an elegant ambiance, and every little detail is meticulously maintained, showing how dedicated the hotel management is. The front desk service was gentle, polite, and enthusiastically attentive – truly impeccable! The room was clean and bright with good lighting. The hotel's voice-controlled butler was very convenient. The space was just right, with a well-organized layout. The bathroom had a clean wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were complete and of decent quality. The breakfast buffet was rich and abundant, offering a full range of Chinese simple meals. The congee was warm and comforting for the stomach, and the pastries were soft and delicious, freshly made daily. The taste was truly outstanding! For the price, considering the overall service, environment, and facilities, it far surpassed competitors in the same price range. I didn't encounter any unpleasant issues during my stay; it was comfortable and hassle-free. I highly recommend it and will definitely rebook for future trips.

My business trip stay in a twin room here far exceeded my expectations. The location is super convenient, really close to Yiwu International Trade City, making getting around a breeze. The room was spacious, and both beds had fluffy, soft bedding – perfect for quickly relaxing my tired body. The entire room was spotlessly clean, with no stains on the floors or in the bathroom. The bathroom also had a great dry/wet separation, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The hotel has a gym and self-service laundry room on the 8th floor, which is a huge plus for travelers on longer business trips; you can work out to relax in your free time and even wash and dry your clothes right there. Downstairs, the street is lined with all sorts of local eateries, offering plenty of choices for meals, making finding food incredibly easy. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient with check-in, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Overall, it's excellent value for money. If I come back to the Trade City area, I'll definitely prioritize staying at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff were incredibly considerate. We arrived too early for our room to be ready, but while we waited in the lobby, the front desk attendant warmly offered us delicious coffee and patiently answered all our questions. They even recommended some great local spots for food and entertainment! We ended up visiting the International Trade City, which was quite good, and then went to Santing Road Night Market in the evening – it was packed and super lively. We were very happy with our stay.

They set a professional standard that is hard to match. I was traveling with my young child, and the entire team—from the front desk to housekeeping and management—went completely out of their way to make us feel welcome. Every single time we came downstairs, the staff would play with my kid and shower them with so much love, affection, and gifts like candies, chocolates, fruits, and toys (which we are happily carrying back with us to India!). A few special shout-outs to the incredible team members who made our stay unforgettable: Wendy & Quinn: They provided out-of-the-box support when we completely ran out of diapers late in the evening. Finding none nearby, they personally took it upon themselves to arrange and get them for us. That is true dedication to guest comfort. Sherry: Because the hotel is conveniently located near the busy market, Sherry thoughtfully upgraded our room to a much quieter area so my baby could sleep peacefully without any noise disruption. Hanling & Juan Juan: They helped us figure out multiple things during our stay and handled everything with grace. They took such amazing care of my child, playing with them every time we passed through the lobby. Ping Ping & the Housekeeping Team: Ping Ping and another wonderful lady in housekeeping (whose name I unfortunately missed) provided flawless, top-tier service every day. The location is absolutely perfect if you are visiting the market, but it is the genuine warmth and pro-level hospitality of the staff that makes this place a gem. The hotel overall is pretty good. The lobby offers amenities like eye masks and mouthwash, which is a really thoughtful touch! Next time I'm in Yiwu, I'd definitely choose this place again!

This hotel stands a short walk from Yiwu International Trade City, ideal for business trips. Rooms are spotlessly clean with soft beds. Staff are warm and efficient at check-in. The hotel was Good, and cleanliness was fine, there was just one problem that one specific type of smell was there in the room. especially from washroom area. and it didn't finish even after perfume. Breakfast was average.

The hotel I stayed at this time was quite satisfactory. Parking is convenient, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, it is especially easy to go out by car, whether it is to go to the attractions or the business district is very convenient. The room is OK, the space is not cramped, and the daily activities are completely enough. Toiletries are also quite complete, toothbrushes, combs and face towels are individually packaged, and you can rest assured. Cleaning will be cleaned on time, changing garbage bags and replenishing daily necessities are very timely, and the desktop floor is always clean. The front desk and floor attendants are very good. They patiently answer questions when checking in. They also take the initiative to help with luggage when checking out. They smile all the time and feel very kind. Next time I come here, I should choose this one again.

Doors and appliances in the Room had some damages like bed side light switch falling off , the insides of the dressers and cabinets were very poorly maintained and dirty The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable
