"This is my second visit within 2 months. I got a non-smoking room even though I forgot to request one in my booking. Compared to my previous stay, this room had no issues with the TV or A/C. The fancy coffee brewing machine providing fresh coffee in the lobby is still there to serve black coffee drinkers as neither sugar nor cream is available. Ironically the shower curtain is still hanging there around the bathtub but then the sprinkler has obviously been removed. Overall, this is a much better experience comparing to my last visit. Look forward to staying there again in the future."

"Second stay this week, and the experience was pretty much the same as last time: everything was great except for the internet speed. The Wi-Fi is incredibly slow! I thought the slow internet was just a fluke when I stayed on the 8th floor last time, but since it's still crawling today, I have to assume this is a hotel-wide issue. I strongly recommend the hotel address the Wi-Fi problem; otherwise, it's very inconvenient for business travelers and definitely detracts from the overall stay."

"Suddenly felt like cycling around the area, but I didn't bring my own bike. I asked the front desk, and they immediately brought out several well-maintained, lightweight bicycles. No deposit or lengthy registration required. They even adjusted the seat height for me and handed me a small map with routes to take shelter from the rain. There was also a folded raincoat already in the basket, as they mentioned the forecast predicted a light drizzle later and it was 'just in case.' After cycling all day, when I returned, they proactively offered me a dry towel and hot ginger tea. There was no hint of them being stingy or worried about me damaging the bikes. It really gave me the freedom to explore to the fullest!"
