The room was excellent! First off, it was very clean. When I first walked in, the scent was pleasant and not overwhelmingly sweet. The laundry service was also fantastic. Every time I went to the laundry room, as soon as I was about to start, an employee would come over to help me. After the clothes were washed and dried, they'd be hung on my doorknob, so I'd have clean clothes the next day. The front desk service was good too. When I went for late-night congee, the staff were very welcoming and even told me they had dumplings and steamed buns in addition to the congee! 👍

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious and well-ventilated. The front desk staff were polite and communicative. The breakfast was plentiful, and I loved that a robot delivered my takeout directly to the room! The housekeeping staff were attentive and proactive in asking if I needed anything. The hotel's location is excellent. I accidentally left a charger when I checked out, but when I called, they found it within minutes and immediately arranged for it to be mailed back to me. It arrived the very next day! I'm truly grateful for their excellent service.

The room was spotless, the mattress was comfortable, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The location is convenient, and the front desk staff were very welcoming, even bringing us complimentary fruit and yogurt. The first round of the mini-bar was free, and overall, the cleanliness was top-notch. Great value for money, highly recommended.

I have to say, this newly opened hotel has truly exceeded my expectations! The location is convenient, all the facilities are brand new, the rooms are clean, there's a huge free parking lot, the service is exceptionally good and welcoming, the heating is excellent—even someone like me from the south doesn't need to worry about the cold at all—and there's even a self-service laundry room. I'll definitely stay at Lavande Hotel next time I'm in the area!
