My company booked this hotel for a business trip to Qingdao. I initially reserved a junior suite, but the front desk proactively upgraded me to a full suite. The friendly staff member said I'd be pleasantly surprised, and he was right! The room was much better than I expected. The living room and bedroom are separate, and the living room is very spacious with a sofa set, a round dining table, and even a tea set. The bathroom is also huge and has a bathtub, and the toiletries are excellent – I really liked the scent. They provided plenty of bottled water, and the facilities are quite new and very clean. The bedding was super comfortable. Next time I'm in Qingdao, I'll definitely stay here again.

After Jolin Tsai's concert, the hotel sent a private car to pick us up. They were very thoughtful, even setting up a photo op area in the lobby for us to check in and keep the concert energy burning! They knew we'd wake up late, so breakfast was served until 10:30 AM, which was fantastic. It was a super enjoyable stay! I'll definitely choose this place again for future concerts.

The hotel's location right on the main avenue makes getting around super convenient. My positive experience, about 90% of it, came from the amazing front desk service. First, a big thanks to the staff member who helped me with my trolley and delivered my package on the first day – really appreciated that! Then, the young lady at the front desk who checked me in was so enthusiastic. And finally, the staff who provided the breakfast to-go boxes on the second morning – their service was impeccable and very proactive. As the saying goes, time flies when you're having fun, but the memories last forever. I'm so grateful to my boyfriend; a 2,000-kilometer distance never felt far at all – it was so worth it. Qingdao is beautiful, and I'll definitely be back, again and again, without hesitation!

Overall, my stay was very comfortable! As soon as I entered the room, I saw the thoughtful welcome fruit. The room was meticulously clean, the bedding was neat and tidy, and the bathroom was spotless, which made me feel very much at ease. The only minor drawback was that the shampoo pump wasn't working, which slightly affected the experience. I hope the hotel can improve on this; otherwise, everything else was truly impeccable. The sanitation is very poor, there are several hairs on the bed and the chair. I didn't see any service. There is dust everywhere. The lights are not turned on at night and I can't see anything clearly. I wish I could not see where the reception is when I came in. The environment is okay for this price, but the sanitation is a bit poor.

I hadn't paid any attention to hotels in Chengyang before, and after seeing this hotel on my booking page, I thought it might not be very satisfactory. But I was genuinely surprised by how incredibly satisfied I was with my stay. The service was truly excellent; they didn't look down on me just because of the low price. They even upgraded my room to a large suite, the bed was comfortable, there were two bathrooms in the room, and they even gave me complimentary handmade soap. If you're booking a hotel and see this review, you absolutely must book it! At least when you travel, you should want a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were all smiles throughout, and it's a four-star hotel with a great location and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room size was pretty standard, not particularly large, but the cleanliness and service were excellent in every aspect. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and quickly helped with any requests we had.
However, the biggest issue with the room was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear people laughing or talking loudly in nearby rooms. This is definitely something that could use improvement.

Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant.

My child had a blast as soon as we entered, and all our travel fatigue instantly disappeared. The room had excellent natural light, with warm sunshine streaming through the large French windows. The wooden floor was warm and comfortable, allowing adults to relax and children to play without bothering each other.
The hotel lobby is grand and elegant, and there's also a 'Bird Club' kids' play area with slides and rocking horses, making it super convenient for parents to relax while their kids play. Molly, a staff member, provided smiling service throughout, and check-in was efficient and patient, full of care in every detail. This hotel is my top choice for family trips; the proactive and warm gesture of upgrading our room was a huge plus. I highly recommend it to families visiting Qingdao with children!
