There are many local eateries around the hotel and transportation is convenient. Jenny at the front desk provided excellent service; she was enthusiastic and very helpful."

"Air condition did not work and when asked, staff stated that it is not summer yet, they did however give us the cooling fan to use in the room and also there was no laundry in the hotel despite the fact that trip.com shows that there are laundry facilities in this hotel. Staff was very understanding and once we decided to move out halfway through our stay, they kindly offered us the refund even so our booking was non-refundable."

There's complimentary tea and coffee, and the front desk service was quite good. "I stayed at this Hampton by Hilton for a business trip, and it exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was incredibly nice. The hotel environment felt very high-quality, modern, and minimalist yet warm. It was clean and tidy everywhere, making it very comfortable to look at. I have to commend the food. The breakfast had a rich variety of options; the hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and coffee were all prepared with care. I was very satisfied with the meal. The biggest plus was how quiet it was! Although the location might not be secluded, the soundproofing in the room was exceptionally good. Once the door was closed, it was completely silent, allowing me to fully relax after a day of work and sleep soundly until morning. The service was also very thoughtful, and the overall experience was outstanding. It's definitely a top choice among hotels in the same category. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is new and in a great location, very close to the commercial district. The cleaning was excellent. Anything I needed, the robot delivered it to my room. There's also laundry service, which was done in just two or three hours. For summer, they even provide mosquito coils in the room, and I didn't see a single mosquito during my three-day stay. Plus, there's a small balcony. This will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Chengyang."

The room was meticulously clean, the bedding was neat and tidy, and the bathroom was spotless, which made me feel very much at ease. The room was spotlessly clean down to the smallest detail, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sinking into a cloud, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk lady had a wonderfully sweet smile and helped arrange a high-floor room, which was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, with freshly made noodles, a signature feature of Home Inn, and handmade wontons. Upon check-out, they even gave us a souvenir – truly detail-oriented, and the value for money was incredible! I've already recommended it to friends. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, making getting around super convenient. There's also an outdoor parking lot and charging stations right outside the hotel, offering complete facilities. It's excellent, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!"
