Pleasantly surprised! The room was clean and tidy with a great view. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The front desk staff were warm and responsive. Davis from concierge provided professional service. The location is super convenient, with easy access to transport and dining options nearby. Had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was super comfortable, helping me get a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and very efficient. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway, making getting around very convenient. Great value for money – I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

This hotel was our third stay in Qingdao, and it was also the cheapest, but the quality was truly top-notch. First, they called us in advance on the afternoon of our check-in day to confirm our availability. Upon arrival, we saw the grand, elevated lobby and felt confident this hotel would be good. Our previous two hotels were similar to Home Inns, but priced around 700 yuan, so this one was in line with high-end hotels. The staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast was generous with a wide variety. The rooms weren't exactly large, but they were decent, too. They were clean, soundproofed, and had heavy doors. Most importantly, the beds were 1.35 meters long, perfect for a family of two or three. When we checked in, knowing we had two children, they provided breakfast for them. This is a bit strange: the more luxurious and upscale a hotel, the more impressive it is, while the more modest it is, the more fussy it is (and the room rates are still quite high). The only downside might be that the hotel is a bit far from Qingdao's scenic spots. Alas, you can't have your cake and eat it too.

Since we were traveling from Qingdao West Railway Station and had a ton of dirty laundry, we saw a Ctrip recommendation for a newly opened Yaduo hotel and decided to check in. Although check-in was at 4 p.m., we arrived at 11 a.m., and the front desk was very helpful in accommodating us. First thing, laundry! The in-room TV screen indicated available washing machines and dryers. Since the hotel is so new, the equipment was in perfect condition—a truly impressive sight for a shared facility. The bedding was also acceptable; while I wouldn't buy the exact same style, it was still good quality. However, the hotel isn't by the sea, so getting around required taxis. The only thing I found jarring was the siphoning noise from the toilet, which felt like the ground shaking when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The front desk service was excellent. Even with many guests, they remained attentive and didn't cut corners. Xiao Zhao's advice was particularly helpful and informative, clearly demonstrating local knowledge. They were also incredibly friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is a no-brainer, you can book it with your eyes closed! The lobby decor and ambiance are great, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water is instant. The facilities are complete and new, Wi-Fi is fast, and the service is attentive yet unobtrusive. They cater to your every need; I even got a mousepad delivered when I realized I forgot mine on a business trip. I heard it's also very close to the beach, which I didn't get to visit this time but definitely will next time. Perfect for both business and leisure travel!

Traveling for the May Day holiday, the hotel called in advance to ask about our needs. The front desk, Amy Li Tong, prepared our room for us ahead of time. The hotel also provided sand-digging tools for the kids, which was very convenient and made our May Day trip much more relaxed and enjoyable. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center and attractions, and there aren't many dining options nearby. It takes about an hour by taxi to places like May Fourth Square, Zhanqiao Pier, and the Beer Museum. However, for a pure beach vacation, it's a great choice. The breakfast was a bit monotonous, with too few options. We chose this hotel because we were traveling with a child, and the kid was so happy they didn't want to leave! 😊 The room rates during the holiday fluctuated too much, making it not very good value for money.

SShengsheng_This was my first time staying at an Atour Light hotel. The style is really interesting, with a predominantly blue theme, making it feel more geared towards a younger crowd. The room size was pretty standard, not particularly large, but the cleanliness and service were excellent in every aspect. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and quickly helped with any requests we had. However, the biggest issue with the room was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear people laughing or talking loudly in nearby rooms. This is definitely something that could use improvement.

Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action. Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant. In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. Breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to May Fourth Square, and right across the street from Qingdao's bustling MixC mall. Winni, the staff member who checked us in, had an exceptional service attitude; seeing that we had elderly family with us, she thoughtfully arranged a non-smoking room on a quiet floor. The hotel gym is also quite good. The only minor issue is that the underground parking is a bit like a maze, but the parking attendant was very kind.

KKelvinTraveling with my child, I booked a king-sized bed room and was worried about the space, but the front desk upgraded us to a family-themed room, which was incredibly thoughtful! The upgraded room was a wonderful surprise, complete with a B.Duck themed tent, a Ludo game rug, and cartoon pillows. My child had a blast as soon as we entered, and all our travel fatigue instantly disappeared. The room had excellent natural light, with warm sunshine streaming through the large French windows. The wooden floor was warm and comfortable, allowing adults to relax and children to play without bothering each other. The hotel lobby is grand and elegant, and there's also a 'Bird Club' kids' play area with slides and rocking horses, making it super convenient for parents to relax while their kids play. Molly, a staff member, provided smiling service throughout, and check-in was efficient and patient, full of care in every detail. This hotel is my top choice for family trips; the proactive and warm gesture of upgrading our room was a huge plus. I highly recommend it to families visiting Qingdao with children!

The front desk service attitude was also good. The downside is that the room isn't very soundproof, and the TV in the room didn't work. I reported the TV issue to the front desk, but it still couldn't be watched properly. Overall, the experience was decent, and the room price wasn't expensive for a National Day holiday trip.
